Being with Jesus

Imagine being with Jesus. Imagine finally being immortal, incorruptible, sinless.  What will THAT be like!?

Heaven is so far beyond my human experience. I cannot even fathom this. What’s next “eye has not seen”, “ear has not heard”, “things…which have not entered the heart of man”, things which “God has prepared for those who love Him”.

1 Corinthians 2:9
“Things which the eye has not seen and the ear has not heard,
And which have not entered the heart of man,
All that God has prepared for those who love Him
[who hold Him in affectionate reverence,
who obey Him, and
who gratefully recognize the benefits that He has bestowed].”

Be with me a minute and imagine being immortal, being incorruptible, being totally-really sinless. It’s beyond me! ^{1 Corinthians 13:12} But Scripture helps see it a bit. Trust God. He’s a comin’ soon to bring it all into clarity.

In the same way, we can see and understand only a little about God now, as if we were peering at his reflection in a poor mirror; but someday we are going to see him in his completeness, face-to-face. Now all that I know is hazy and blurred, but then I will see everything clearly, just as clearly as God sees into my heart right now.

What we will be like – in God’s Home Heaven  Excerpt: In God’s Home Heaven, we will all be: living in incorruptible, immortal bodies…loving God forever “with all that we are”.
