As wheat and the tare, there are two types of “Christian”: (1) the truly born again believers and (2) “the so-called” brothers. Big difference. Huge. They will not spend eternity in the same house!
9 I wrote you in my letter not to associate with immoral people; 10 I did not at all mean with the immoral people of this world, or with the covetous and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to go out of the world.
11 But [f]actually, I wrote to you not to associate [g]with any so-called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler—not even to eat with such a one. 12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? 13 But those who are outside, God [h]judges. Remove the wicked man from among yourselves. – 1 Corinthians 5:9-13
Which type are you? Wheat or tare? Only you and Jesus know.

[ Tares among Wheat ] Jesus presented another parable to them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field.
But while his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went away.
But when the wheat sprouted and bore grain, then the tares became evident also.
The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’
But he *said, ‘No; for while you are gathering up the tares, you may uproot the wheat with them.
Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”
[ The Tares Explained ] Then He left the crowds and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.”
and the field is the world; and as for the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil one;
So just as the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age.
