It’s rather easy to see “if we love Jesus less”. Have you looked into your soul lately? Salvation in Christ involves truly following Christ. To cherish platitudes, to parrot doctrines, to relish Christian fellowship, to love the feelings of worship and prayers to God, to serve Him – even to be nice… is not what God requires for salvation.
How to treat people
I must admit – I battle piccadilly attitudes and unguarded moments, most every day. Get that yourself? I tend to think of “love” as my choice. But Christian agape love is a constant – with all peoples. I must guard my soul from fickle piccadillies (where I bend and accept tiny “small sins”).
Mutual conversation
Good talk is fun! Put simply: It involves your mouth voicing words with your brain full on, your heart tuned to “nice“, and another talker involved – some listening ear understanding you, involved mutually in the conversation.
