…a series about Heaven
“When we accept Christ, the whole universe becomes our family domain! We become a child of Creator God.
In an instant, in that very moment when we confess to God and repent of our sinfulness, and acknowledge Jesus as Lord of our life, Creator God Himself cancels His decree of condemnation against us in His Court — and we are born again, made a brand new creature inside.”

our citizenship is in heaven.

Windows Into Heaven
Jesus taught that there is a physical place called “heaven”, or “paradise”. It is actually way beyond what we know as “physical”. Imagine heaven. See it from Bible “windows”, the perspective of what He told us it is.
Heaven. What’s it going to be like?
Heaven. What’s it going to be? Many say, I can only imagine. Well, not really – because we can really know, not merely “imagine”. The Bible tells us a lot about Heaven.
Some sweet day!
Some sweet day I’m a goin’ home! I’ll fly away! Wow! What a day that will be. I have hope. Anyone on earth can have hope and joy everyday – through Jesus. He carries me. He is “the lifter of my soul.”
What about you? Have you drawn close to God? Whoever you are, no matter what you’ve done with the privilege of your existence – today there is hope for you in Jesus.
Heaven will be awe-full and law-less
Heaven will be awe-full and law-less. …filled-up full with unending awe of the One-and-Only, the wonderfully awesome God. …filled-up full with overflowing love that voids any need for laws. Love will rule inside our insides. The peace of God, in Heaven, will surpass our present ability to understand that realm.
First day in heaven
Heaven for us – starts when we die
God’s Fantastic Home – for those who follow Him
What He told us Heaven is going to be like for those who follow Him (1-12): We will all be changed. –Luke 23:39-43; 1 Corinthians 15:52. Heaven is built by God. – John 14:2-3. Heaven arrives without prior notice. –2 Peter 3:10. Heaven is so fantastic – it is inexpressible. –2 Corinthians 12:4….
Timeless Infinite Continuum
glimpses into eternity and His plan of the ages. God and His Heaven, and His angels – are in heaven’s dimension of a Timeless Infinite Continuum. Earth’s time is contained totally within our dimension, outside the Timeless Infinite Continuum of heaven. Earth time: It’s like a spinning toy top….
Time is not forever. We each will have time end. Time’s up! My last breath will stop, and time will be no more, for me. I will pass in a flash from time – to eternity, where time will be no more. The next dimension we will go to – is timeless. God has revealed to us manyNo Faith In Heaven
I think faith will not be necessary in heaven. ¨…Now we see in a glass darkly…¨ (1 Corinthians 13:12) but not later, when we will then be able to see ¨face to face¨. Scripture says that ¨now¨these three abide (faith,…
Life Is Short
Life is short. As they say, “First you’re born, then you die”. If you get all the way through the maze, you realize it was not a long path. Heaven or Hell. There are only two alternatives for us after life on earth: Be with God forever, or be without God forever. It´s your choice. Which one have you chosen?
Christ secured our eternal home
Excerpt from: Heaven. What’s it going to be like?
Jesus paid it all – so we could be forgiven of all these sins, all our past, all that separates us from The Most Holy God. What’s not covered? He’s got it all covered, penalty paid. We just need to humbly get together with Him and plead His grace upon us.
Starting-up after life
When we start “the after-life”, things will heat-up for some of us, but things get really cool for the rest of us. If you know what I mean. Jesus predicted “the end” (Matthew 24:verse 14), and He’s showing us signs of the times in order to give us a heads up.
Flesh and blood absolutely cannot inherit the Kingdom of God
There is a broad road that says heaven but goes to hell
Where’s the real road to heaven? There is a broad way that seems right. But what it seems to be is not what it really is. It “is a broad road that says heaven, but goes to hell.” Sin always says a good thing. It talks a good talk. It attracts us to go that way. Sin promises heaven. But the road it leads down is the highway to hell. Are you on the road to hell, or have you turned your life around – and chosen Jesus?
Going To Hell?
The highway to hell is quite a ride. But it’s hectic, with all kinds of stops and twists and turns; lots of exits, turnabouts, intersecting roads. If you don’t pay attention, you end up going down scary roads, scary places, bad endings.
There is a tiny road along the way, however, that leads to God. It shows-up periodically on the highway to hell. It tends to catch sinners by surprise, because most don’t give a damn about God, and haven’t really considered traveling by any other road. They don’t like change, and most-all their friends are going to hell anyway, so they say.
There is a tiny road that leads to Creator God. Heaven is always just around the corner if you choose to take this tiny road. It is a choice. It is, however, one choice amongst many.
At death – we put on immortality
We all dream of being immortal. Never ever suffering to death. In God’s Home Heaven, we who followed Jesus on earth — will all be truly INVINCIBLE, living in incorruptible, immortal bodies – like Jesus had when He was resurrected. “Now I say this, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God….” (v50)
No Faith In Heaven
1 Corinthians 13:v8). When we finally are brought into His Kingdom, instead of on this earth with His Holy Spirit, then we will have Him, not just merely faith and hope.
Faith will not be necessary in heaven. Faith and hope will be ¨done away¨with (How much is heaven worth to you?
How much is heaven worth? What’s it worth to you? Does it really mean that much? What would you give — to make sure you got to heaven? Do you actually want to get to heaven? The way you are living should clearly show your faith in Christ. I would think that IF it means so much to you — then your life would be lived many different ways because of it. Right? So, what on earth are you doing?
My best day here
Heaven has no room for failing, no illusions, no deceit. Can’t be found, there. Heaven is where all is real and perfect, good without a strain of disappointment – only good, with not a worry, not a fret….
“Now” is good – so immediate… so absorbing. Demands so much attention. I practice being here – now. That’s good. Heaven is so…”later”, so not-pressing, so very “out of sight – out of mind”, so abstract. I am here now, but I want to be more aware of where I am going when I die. Where are you going when you die?I am dying
How much is Heaven worth to you? Even as life decays all around, I’m looking forward – to heaven. Even as life decays all around, I’m looking forward – to heaven. My best day here – it’s not even on the graph of heaven’s pleasure chart. Nothing here comes even close to how much better…
Just imagine entering into the presence of God? That moment when your soul and spirit leave your body here, and you “step” into God’s next dimension? – Source: Just beyond the veil
Just beyond the veil
What a privilege God gives us
It cost God to make us His children of privilege. Jesus made this privilege possible for all who come to Him – not just to some, but to all peoples. Some do reject Him (Hebrews 4:6). Their choice.
It is a choice, to receive Him or not. Have you accepted salvation in Christ. That is a forever pardon. The best offer you will ever receive. And it is guaranteed by the One and Only God of the Universe! Heaven’s borders open through repentance. You cannot just waltz across the Borders of God’s Kingdom. That is what the gift of God is all about: Jesus opens up heaven’s borders to all sinners who turn to Him in repentance – with sincerity of heart.
Inexplicable Joy
Heaven is a joyful place. That is hard for me to imagine… Everywhere I look around me, I see so many problems, issues and unresolved conflicts. But in heaven, they won’t exist anymore. There will only be joy because my sins have been paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ. One of the main things that describes being in heaven is JOY. The word “joy” has a much deeper meaning than just happiness. To be happy can change so quickly. It can come and go in a moment. But joy…
Our two homes
All our life we deal with the complexities of “owning” two homes: “the home of the body” and our “home with the Lord”. What predominates your living from day to day?
Jesus promised as He was leaving earth, going away in the clouds – that He would prepare a place for us in His Home – called Heaven (John 14). Read: Jesus will return soon, just as He left
I look. I see. I feel.
I think. I choose. I choose You.
You are good. You are so wonderful.
You died and rose again – for me.
How can I not follow You
with all my heart,
with all my soul,
with all my mind,
with all my strength?
How can I not
strive to love my neighbors
as much as I love myself?
I will.

Footnotes
- “We are going to heaven — because God got our attention and we repented. We are now born again because His sacrifice makes us eligible to be called His children. It’s not of us. It’s all of Him. We are still sinful humans in the flesh. But our great relief now, is that we look forward to the Day we will be sinless in practice 100% of the time!” -Source: Admitting I was wrong.
