There are two trains at Final Station on your way to your Final Destination. You must get on the right train!
You must get on the train to Heaven to get there. And you gotta get on “…before they close the door.”
But right across the platform is that alternative, the other train. You do not get into that alternative if you want to go to Heaven.
What is your Final Destination Station? 1 John 2:19 puts it this way:
19 They went out from us [seeming at first to be Christians], but they were not really of us [because they were not truly born again and spiritually transformed];
for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out [teaching false doctrine], so that it would be clearly shown that none of them are of us.

“If you wanna go to Heaven, gotta walk with Jesus….”
More than you know
Getting to Heaven is not a matter of “being a better person”. You do not get rejected at the pearly gates because your sinload was too heavy for Jesus to forgive. He is bigger than you know. He loves you more than you know.
Think you’ve got too heavy of a sinload for Jesus?
Think again. Sin is not the problem.
He can save anyone, forgive any sin, take anyone to Heaven. But… God asks us to repent and follow Him: Turn from – Turn to.
What being “saved” means
Every person must get born again. You come as you are (no clean-up required), and you ask Him to clean-you-up. God does a miracle every time He saves a sinner.
“…have faith, hold on to it,
rely on it, keep going….”
– John 14: verse 1
It only takes a minute, but, salvation lasts forever. Jesus said,

What clearly saves and what obviously does not save
Sin is not the issue in salvation Excerpt: “Whosoever will may come.” But only those who actively receive His free gift – become actively saved in that moment of acceptance. There is no such thing as passive acceptance. Sinners must repent in order to receive God’s salvation.
What God wants Excerpt: Have you given any thought as to what God wants? What does God want from you? We are each unique creatures birthed into flesh by God. Life happens to us in seemingly capricious episodes of contrasting good and evil. Is your faith a true faith, a saving faith characterized by giving Jesus your love with “all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength”? That is what God wants. Don’t deny Jesus by your deeds.

Why Jesus will say to some “I don’t know you” Excerpt: There are two possible scenarios for you when you reach your final destination. You will spend eternity on one side of the great divide — or the other. The Bible teaches us that’s it, only two:
1. Entrance Granted Into the Eternal
or
2. Welcome Home to Hell

Promises God makes about your salvation
Christ secured our eternal home Excerpt: Jesus is there now, in His Heaven, and He said He is there to “prepare a place for you“. He promised “I will come back again and I will take you to Myself, so that where I am you may be also.” That is quite a promise!
“Do not let your heart be troubled (afraid, cowardly). Believe [confidently] in God and trust in Him, [have faith, hold on to it, rely on it, keep going and] believe also in Me.” – John 14: verse 1

Personal Story: I love to get on a plane, sit down, and a few minutes later casually say to the passenger next to me: “So, I am so excited to be finally flying today to Florida! How about you? (When actually the plane is non-stop to Alaska!) Gets them every time
