Who But You Oh Lord

Oh Lord my God Jesus
Holy Father Lord of all
By your Spirit I am alive so I come to you this morning
I pray to You alone because You live today also
Your Spirit never leaves me so I know you hear my heart
You know my thoughts you value them I matter to you
You see me know me care and prepare the way before me

If I were blind this is where I would be every morning
If I were mute I’d speak to you with thoughts from deep within me
If I were lame I’d meet you just the same
If my spirit were to be broken I’d still draw near to you
If my heart were to be broken it is You that I would seek
If I were far far from You Lord You’d draw me to yourself

Oh my God Almighty my Savior and my Lord
who but You forgives me of my sins
who on earth have I beside me every hour
who can I forever count on rely on know in my soul but You
You are Alpha and Omega and in You I find my resting place
I thank You for accepting me as friend

Thank you for who You are and what you’ve become to me
Who but You reached down in love to this poor soul that day
Oh glorious moment I will forever grateful be
You saved me from my sin and birthed me once again to new life
I’m living new because you changed me to be yours forevermore
Your grace not my strength allows me to continue serving you alone
Your Spirit guides me keeps me lifts me up to serve you yet another day
Keep me ready steady able for the day you take me Home

Lord keep me guide me guard me through what-e’er I do this day
Keep me strong that I may bless each soul that needs Your cheer
Be they man or woman, child or young adult
Family stranger neighbor friend or foe I pray for them
Fill me with your love for each whoever they may be
Divinely send me by your Spirit to be their friend their help in time of need
May your forgiving Spirit pour out through me to those I meet today

Along my path today give me strength strong step to walk as You did
This is my prayer to You for this another new day
It is You oh Lord I look to

Oh what a day that will be!

Oh what a day that will be!

Wow! To enter into the Kingdom of God - freely as His redeemed child. No cringing in shame, no burden of sinfulness before Almighty Holy God. I can only imagine.

Jesus, the second man, is the Lord from Heaven

"The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.” In 1 Corinthians 15:47 the Apostle Paul explained that Jesus, while on earth, was absolutely God-man. He was not a mere man, ever.

There Is Only One God

There is no waiting around in the next dimension for earth time to finish, no midway point of gathering, no Purgatory. It will be an instantaneous experience for all mankind that ever lived.
