The Fig Tree parable (in Luke 21:29-36) is Jesus’ prophecy that points to the rebirth of Israel – fulfilled in 1948. What a miracle that was! And it started a countdown to when Jesus would come back to earth.
Pure Junk
Is your “faith” actually “junk”? Does God think your thinking is worthless? It’s worth thinking about.
Words of Mere Men Are Not God’s Words
Mark 7:7 tells us: “They worship Me in vain [their worship is meaningless and worthless, a pretense], Teaching the precepts of men as doctrines [giving their traditions equal weight with the Scriptures].” You’d think it would be quite obvious, you think? When church leaders announce that they speak directly from God, they instantly become a bonafide false prophet if their words are later shown to be wrong. False prediction = False Prophet. Easy.
Making God Speak
It is not of God to say “this is a word from the Lord” when what you say are merely your own words. “God is against you” if you practice that.
Stand tall and lift up your heads in joy, Jesus said
Living in these end times we must “stand tall and lift up your heads [in joy], because…” we will escape God’s promised wrath. Fear not. Trust Him.
Note to Preterists – Jesus did not return in 70AD. He is coming soon!
Preterism is a false claim by self-inspired teachers, a total falsehood (as warned about in Ezekiel 13:1-9). Preterists teach that Christ already came in 7oAD, that we need not be looking for a Rapture now, nor a Second Coming. What preterists teach — is misleading, but an easily denounced interpretation. See: 2 Thessalonians 2 verses 1-3.
They in fact have seen nothing
“Woe (judgment is coming) to the foolish prophets who are following their own spirit [claiming to have seen things] but have [in fact] seen nothing. – Ezekiel 13:3. This is the Lord God talking, from a passage in Ezekiel. He wanted us to know about the dangers of foolish false prophets today.
