In my tiny tiny world
my time, my hours and my days
the years and decades pass
events and “chance”
what comes and goes
decisions made or not
relation moments made or lost
rush swiftly by
but leave effects
upon the lives around me
I will not be a fan
sitting idly by
watching from the stand
sitting on my duff
watching, dreaming,
letting moments by
I choose to get involved
I’m a child of The King
the Creator of the world
I choose to actively involve my self
with all He’s forming me to be
I represent my Lord on earth
involved for Him in all this world
my tiny tiny world
though small it is I be
for Christ I’ll make a difference
in the lives of those around me
What difference does it make, they say
“it’s my life – do not change it
I’ll live life as I choose to…”
but the Lord has made me new inside
I choose to get involved
How I do my living
is the difference I will make
My spot on earth is tiny
but to those who live around me
the difference that I make
is in how I do my living
I do not let my sins define me
not when Christ Himself forgives me
He Himself removes them far
far as far as east is from the west
each time I fail to be like Christ
I stop, confess, repent
renewed afresh again
Each time I fail to be like Christ
I’ll not speak words against myself
my mind I’ll guard and speak His Truths
no casting stones can bruise me
His Spirit fills me as I yield to Him
I choose to be all I am
I will not sit by idly
in my tiny tiny world.
I’ll get up off my duff right now
I’ll not be rough and tough, aloof
I’ll slip in words of kindness,
encourage those around me
speak and show some love, forgiveness
blindness to the wrongs and slights
be generous to others
Since I’ve been blessed
I need to give a little
give a lot
care a lot
and be a source of love and kindness
all around me
in my tiny tiny world.

1 Corinthians 8: verses 1-2 Amplified Bible (AMP)
Knowledge [alone] makes [people self-righteously] arrogant, but love [that unselfishly seeks the best for others] builds up and encourages others to grow [in wisdom]. 2 If anyone imagines that he knows and understands anything [of divine matters, without love], he has not yet known as he ought to know.
Psalm 39:6 Amplified Bible (AMP)
“Surely every man walks around like a shadow [in a charade];
Surely they make an uproar for nothing;
Each one builds up riches, not knowing who will receive them.
Ecclesiastes 9:12 Amplified Bible (AMP)
For man also does not know his time [of death]; like fish caught in a treacherous net, and birds caught in the snare, so the sons of men are ensnared in an evil time when a dark cloud suddenly falls on them.
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 18: verses1-3 Amplified Bible (AMP)
At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” 2 He called a little child and set him before them, 3 and said, “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless you repent [that is, change your inner self—your old way of thinking, live changed lives] and become like children [trusting, humble, and forgiving], you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be [a From the Greek word meaning “metamorphosis.” Refers to the process that leads to an outward, permanent change.] transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].
Psalm 103:8-19 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
The Lord is compassionate and gracious,
Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness.
9 He will not always strive with us,
Nor will He keep His anger forever.
10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
So great is His lovingkindness toward those who [c]fear Him.
12 As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 Just as a father has compassion on his children,
So the Lord has compassion on those who [d]fear Him.
14 For He Himself knows [e]our frame;
He is mindful that we are but dust.
15 As for man, his days are like grass;
As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
16 When the wind has passed over it, it is no more,
And its place acknowledges it no longer.
17 But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who [f]fear Him,
And His [g]righteousness to children’s children,
18 To those who keep His covenant
And remember His precepts to do them.
19 The Lord has established His throne in the heavens,
And His [h]sovereignty rules over [i]all.
Ephesians 4:22-24 Amplified Bible (AMP)
22 that, regarding your previous way of life, you put off your old self [completely discard your former nature], which is being corrupted through deceitful desires, 23 and be continually renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh, untarnished mental and spiritual attitude], 24 and put on the new self [the regenerated and renewed nature], created in God’s image, [godlike] in the righteousness and holiness of the truth [living in a way that expresses to God your gratitude for your salvation].
33 Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and decisions and how unfathomable and untraceable are His ways! 34 For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counselor? 35 Or who has first given to Him that it would be paid back to him? 36 For from Him [all things originate] and through Him [all things live and exist] and to Him are all things [directed]. To Him be glory and honor forever! Amen.
10 For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].
