Standing for Jesus
There comes a time to stand for Jesus, or deny Jesus. Are you sold-out to Jesus? Quite easy to say YES while singing Psalms with others in the pew. Right? But do the beliefs you support, and the personal life that you live — actually follow Him? (There must be fruit. See The Good Fruit List)
When the Antichrist arrives on the world scene, he will not prance delicately around any issue. On the contrary, he will be just as straightforward as Joshua was back in the day, saying,
“Choose you this day whom you will serve” (KJV)
– Joshua 24:15 AMP
Just as Joshua did, so will the Antichrist, but for himself. He will force all the world to choose one way, or the other — most unequivocably, saying something like: “You, take this Mark of the Beast (most likely not called that by his publicity folk) and deny Christ – or else….”
Following Jesus’ Ways
Jesus made so very clear which sides of issues are His Ways. To not follow His Ways, is equal to not following Him. Ready to meet your Maker, Jesus the Messiah?
Like, take abortion, for example, something unequivocably rejected in the Bible (“Jesus’ Way”). Although I believe Catholic theology to be very misleading, I totally agree with this Catholic priest’s statement of (10/7/2021):
abandon your advocacy for abortion
“If you find that you are unwilling or unable to abandon your advocacy for abortion, you should not come forward to receive Holy Communion. To publicly affirm the Catholic faith while at the same time publicly rejecting one of its most fundamental teachings is simply dishonest.” – News article by Michael Gryboski, Christian Post Reporter; Politics | . See the full statement by Archbishop Salvatore J. Cordileone of San Francisco.
It is also an outright denial of faith in the Jesus of the Bible, not just “dishonest…”, as he says. As the priest implied, a “conversion of heart” truly is needed. That is what “salvation through Christ” actually is: a “conversion of heart”, repenting unto salvation”. I think I detect signs of an unrepentant heart here.
Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked [He will not allow Himself to be ridiculed, nor treated with contempt nor allow His precepts to be scornfully set aside]; for whatever a man sows, this and this only is what he will reap.
The Women’s Health Protection Act (H.R. 3755) was just passed by the House – to make abortion a federal right (but it still lacks Senate approval…).
“the House of Representatives passed the Women’s Health Protection Act, which, if enacted, will codify the right to abortion access into federal law.”
“Also known as H.R. 3755, the legislation was introduced in June and primarily sponsored by Congresswoman Judy Chu of California.”
Read the text of the Women’s Health Protection Act (H.R. 3755). It is so benign sounding, so smooth:
“Abortion services are essential to health care and access to those services is central to people’s ability to participate equally in the economic and social life of the United States,” reads the bill.
“Reproductive justice requires every individual to have the right to make their own decisions about having children regardless of their circumstances and without interference and discrimination.”
An outright denial of faith in the Jesus of the Bible
Are you guilty of that? Like I have said before – I fear for the salvation of anyone that contradicts what God wants. THAT indicates a heart not sold-out 100% to Jesus, and most certainly falls into what Jesus told the rich young ruler, “One thing you lack.”
… accepting Jesus- plus some other is totally rejected by Jesus. That “other gospel” faith is the road that leads to the other place, not to God’s Home Heaven. See: Matthew 6:24. (See both: 2 Corinthians 11:4 and Galatians 1:7.)

Something so vile
Amazing — how the media makes something so vile to Jesus seem something so “just”.
God tells us He can forgive anything (except dying while rejecting Christ’s offer to follow Him). So don’t despair. Today, now, is still not too late, yet, to accept Jesus’ offer.
Life, ultimately,
is not about what I think –
it is about God, and
what He has declared.
