One of the many YouTube videos about apostate NAR-types
NAR-type churches are changing God’s Way, denying the Old Testament. But Jesus never negated Old Testament truths! It’s not as if there are special groups where God protects their thinking, allowing them to disobey Him! That has never been acceptable to God.
NAR-type prophets had to cook-up new revelations in order to believe and teach their own new doctrines of demons which are leading millions astray… with crowds of people going down the wide road to destruction.
Speaking to those who are making God speak (using their own words), God declared in the Old Testament, “I am against you.” Do you practice what God has condemned? If so, that in itself makes your faith dead.
Read this pertinent satire:
This is God speaking.
There actually are religious Charismatics (NAR-types), for example, who think they get special revelations from God. Nobody else! Just them (…as if they are special to Him and are allowed to break His Old Testament warnings!). They make God speak what He never said (having Him say whatever they need Him to say!).
The truth is there are no new revelations from God today! He already gave us “[absolutely] everything necessary for [a dynamic spiritual] life and godliness….” No need for “new” anything from God’s reservoir of divine knowledge. Just follow what He already told us!
2 Peter 1:3
For His divine power has bestowed on us [absolutely] everything necessary for [a dynamic spiritual] life and godliness, through [a]true and personal knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.
See BibleGatewayFootnote: a. 2 Peter 1:3 “There is no “secret knowledge” or “better way” or alternative belief system which God has revealed to some unique group or teacher. The truth is available to everyone.”
According to Peter, what are we in need of? Why should we believe them?? Peter teaches us that our “life and godliness” needs no further revelations – because we already have “true and personal knowledge of Him“.
No new knowledge needed. Jesus is all we need. “His divine power has bestowed on us [absolutely] everything necessary“! Yahoooo!
TLV version:
“Yeshua the Messiah is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
“Deluding yourselves”
If you are into NAR-type practices, you are into practices that God has condemned, and you are practicing “unrighteousness”. That means you have a dead faith. You are lost and running down the broad road….
22 But prove yourselves doers of the word [actively and continually obeying God’s precepts], and not merely listeners [who hear the word but fail to internalize its meaning], deluding yourselves [by unsound reasoning contrary to the truth]. – James 1:22
It appears to me, from Matthew 7, that Jesus was talking to you NAR-types way back then when He said this about those who prophesy, drive out demons, and do miracles… as you do:
15 “Beware of the false prophets
20 Therefore, by their fruit you will recognize them [as false prophets].
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me on that day [when I judge them], ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, and driven out demons in Your name, and done many miracles in Your name?’
23 And then I will declare to them publicly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me [you are banished from My presence],
you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands].’
– Matthew 7:14-23
Your gig is up. We know what you’ve been doing. Look at all the YouTube videos by Berean-types who have spilled the beans about you. Christians: Take heed: The Bible warns us against becoming apostate.
If in your faith in Christ — you are also needing something more than Jesus, then you are most likely being led astray, taught by a counterfeit charismatic movement leader or a New Age church. These charming charmers, false teachers,
“turn away from the faith, paying attention instead to deceitful and seductive spirits and doctrines of demons” (1 Timothy 4: verses 1-2).
– Source: Needing something more than Jesus
Do not fall for their false teachings. Do not attend NAR-type churches. They are apostate. They follow a Jesus who was not God, a Jesus who cannot save!
If you have swallowed the NAR bait, then you are most definitely still lost in your sins. Matter of fact,
“19They went out from us [seeming at first to be Christians], but they were not really of us [because they were not truly born again and spiritually transformed]”
“Not really of us” means — not ever saved in the first place. Also read (in one link) or: 1 Timothy 4:1; 1 Timothy 6:3-5; 1 Timothy 1:3-7. See: | What saves you | Was your confession accepted by God? | Why might many Charismatics not be saved? |
You are practicing disobedience. Your NAR belief is constantly contradicting God. You are practicing faith just like Satan did when he said, God has not said this!
“Can it really be that God has said…?”(Genesis 3:1)
And [a]the serpent (Satan) said to the woman, “Can it really be that God has said, ‘You shall not eat from [b]any tree of the garden’?”… 4 But the serpent said to the woman,
“You certainly will not die!” – Genesis 3:1-5
The truth, as it was in Genesis, is the same for you NAR-types today: You certainly will die. You twist God’s actual words like Satan does, and you speak forth as if “God has told me this” but merely make up your own words, not God’s words (because God never said a word to you!) “I am against you”, God says.
I’m trying to imagine being so deperate to experience something more than just belief in Jesus. Wow. And then you reject His Word in the Old Testament and you practice what God is against! How very clear this is to us who see objectively what you are into. What a tragedy.
