Are you ready to lose your soul today – forever?
Or are you ready to meet your Maker? Is your account with Him balanced?
…it is appointed and destined
for all men
to die once
and after this
[comes certain] judgment
We all have “an account” with God. And it starts out in the red. Have you asked Him to free you from your debt?
It’s all about God’s system of justice. His holiness requires that our soul be made clean – before we come into His Forever Kingdom. And only Jesus saves. No other. That’s because it’s His Place. And He saves us – forever.
That final day of reckoning: it is coming. The challenge is: are you prepared for death and the hour you meet your Creator God?
Job posed the question in this way: Job 27:8
“For what is the hope of the godless,
even though he has gained [in this world],
When God takes his life?
Matthew 16:26 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world [wealth, fame, success], but forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
Mark 8:36 For what does it benefit a man to gain the whole world [with all its pleasures], and forfeit his soul?
Luke 9:25 For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world [wealth, fame, success], and loses or forfeits himself?
So what will you do? What is worth losing your soul over? You may have it all: pleasures, wealth, fame, success. But if you do not bow the knee to God — what have you gained in the end? What a pitiful ending of your life: to be rejected by the God who wanted to live forever with you.
King James Version (KJV)
For what shall it profit a man,
if he shall gain the whole world,
and lose his own soul?
