Have you learned the attitude? The attitude of the righteous? Luke 1:17 tells us what that is.
Being with Jesus
Be with me a minute and imagine being immortal, being incorruptible, being totally-really sinless. It’s beyond me! (1 Corinthians 13:12) But Scripture helps see it a bit. Trust God. He’s a comin’ soon to bring it all into clarity.
Heaven is going to be like this
What will it be like – for those of us going to Heaven? We know a few details.
What we will be like – in God’s Home Heaven
In God’s Home Heaven, we will all be: living in incorruptible, immortal bodies…loving God forever “with all that we are”.
Flesh and blood absolutely cannot inherit the Kingdom of God
So you want to go to Heaven. The Bible tells us so much about God’s Home Heaven. God created us inside a physical world. Here we are limited by time and space. But Heaven is in the spirit world dimension where Father God dwells. We all have it: Flesh and blood. But the Kingdom of God will have nothing to do with that. You must be born again.
At death – we put on immortality
In God’s Home Heaven, we who followed Jesus on earth — will all be truly INVINCIBLE, living in incorruptible, immortal bodies – like Jesus had when He was resurrected. v50 “Now I say this, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God….”
What will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?
Be ready! We are told how to understand the mystery of “the sign of Your coming”, and “the end of the age”. Jesus and Paul solve the mystery for us. Let’s examine (1) the words of Jesus in Matthew 24, and then (2) the Apostle Paul’s words in 2 Thessalonians 2. The mystery is not all that complicated now that we are seeing all these signs given to us by God in these end days.
