Are you at work for the victor’s crown? James 1:12. Or wasting time sittin’ on the dock of the bay?
“This is a fight we’re in”
“This is a fight we’re in.” This is not a walk in the park. This experience of living on earth is a test. That’s how the Bible puts it. I do not plan to arrive at the pearly gates with my clothes burning and smokin’! I’m a workin’ more on myself. Got a lot to do still!
Road Sign: God is at work up ahead
We are surely in a wild and confusing age. The world seems to be caught-up in a whirlwind of evil, totally out of control. But the reality is: God Himself is the real controller.
What will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?

What does it mean to “fight the good fight”? What fight are we in, as believers? Of course, if we are not truly following Christ, then it doesn’t change things one way or the other – whether we fight the good fight or not. But, for those who follow Christ sincerely, it is incumbent upon us to fight, as 1 Timothy 1:18-19 shows us.
Imagine Your Evil – Unrestrained
The Holy Spirit restrains evil. For now. But the day will come when those restraints will be loosed. Can you imagine what your city will look like, when evil is unrestrained: your neighborhood, your PTA, your local road driving etiquettes, your state lawmakers, your governor’s oversight, your congressional laws passed, your presidential degrees? 2 Thessalonians […]
