Saving faith in Jesus has the most secure promise of God than enything in the universe! Turn to Him in repentance… and start a never ending journey through eternity with the One and Only God. He loved us to the nth degree, and He promises “I give them eternal life, and they will never, ever [by any means] perish; and no one will ever snatch them out of My hand” (John 10:28).
Choose to change eternity
Jesus divided eternity into two sides, so to speak. There is a place you do not want, and there is a place where all the good is. Where you going to go? Easy choice. Jesus said, “Do it, and you will live….”
Turn from – Turn to
God is asking us to turn from sin, and turn to Him. The simplicity of that Gospel of Jesus is so simple that many reject “turning”. How about you?
Keeping sin AND getting God’s Holiness also
Be careful as you approach God. You might be doing evil – and not know it (Ecclesiastes 5:1). Do you legitimize your favorite sin as approved by God? Legit sins. What a deal that would be! Live anyway you want, but… just try to be very loving. God is so loving He’s sure to accept us, right?
Christians worship a Jew
As a Christian, do you know the One you worship? Are you hating on Jews these days? Do you realize where Jesus came from?
Evidence for all Jews and Goy that the Messiah came to earth
God furnished proof for us to believe in Jesus: plenty of evidence to show Himself to us, to show us the truth of the resurrection of Jesus after His crucifixion. He has shown us us the Truth, the reliability of His Word, the Bible, and so much more. Evidence is clear and speaks truth. It all behooves us to look in to it, and believe.
They were not really of us
Scripture reveals that there are many fakers of faith in Christ. “They were not really of us”, John says. We must discern who these fakers are. “Don’t judge the book by the cover.” See them for what they really are: wolves in sheep’s clothing (Matthew 7:15).
The Work of Salvation
What exactly is the work of salvation done by Jesus for us? Jesus did not come down to earth to condemn us (John 3:14-19). God came down to save us. Have you been saved?
Your Spiritual Journey to Eternal Life
Sixteen (16) things that happen in our journey toward God as we are growing into our natural new life in Christ. The Apostle Paul outlined them in Ephesians 1. Interesting.
Meeting-up with Jesus
Meeting-up with Jesus will be a decisive meetup! What will it be like for you?
Sin is not the issue in salvation
Salvation in Christ is not essentially about sin. God does not save you because you throw away your sin, or because you are able to stop sinning. Salvation is about your yielding to Him in repentance. Big difference.
Into it
I am definitely “into it”. I am following Jesus with everything I can think of. Are you becoming more and more like Jesus? Un-becoming what you used to be into (Ephesians 2:3)?
As if your mindset is protected by God
PIC: Chicago1Ray.twitter Are you living as if your mindset is protected by God? Convinced of it? Is your thinking following God’s Think? Think again – might save you an eternity of regret. A worldview that conflicts with His You may have played in church since a toddler, but that does not translate into God accepting […]
Why might many Charismatics not be saved?
This is not an article to denigrate “Charismatics”. This is a resource for Charismatics to learn exactly what the Bible says about charismatic practices. We are to (2 Timothy 2:15) study the Bible so we can be “accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth.”
How Jesus loved us
Have you ever tried to think like God Almighty thinks? We are called by Jesus to be forever on a higher level. To be THERE, we must be born again, Jesus said. He loved us to such an extreme that He died to get us there.
Life’s most urgent question. Really.
What decides and settles your MOST URGENT question? I think Jesus answered life’s most urgent question in John 3.
Being like Jesus
Being like Jesus is impossible. It’s being what nobody on earth can be… without being born again, born from above. You there?
What are you filled with?
You can change the course of eternity! Do you want to really live large? Make Jesus your Savior, the Lord of your life — forever.
The Door to Heaven
It’s no ordinary door – that Door to Heaven. Have you opened it, seen what’s what in God’s Kingdom?
What God secures – You cannot “lose”
We are not saved after all these years – because we clung desperately to Him. No. We are still saved because He holds us firmly in His Hands. “I am the Door; anyone who enters through Me will be saved….” (John 10:9)
Called by Jesus to be forever on a higher level
Getting saved does not leave us kneeling there — still a common puny human. At that moment of salvation we are made brand new, and are called by Jesus to be forever on a higher level. We have more than “eternity”. We have an extreme, high calling from our extreme High God.
Can I become unsaved for any reason?
There is no reason to fear losing our salvation once we have sincerely repented and followed Jesus. But you’ve got to ask yourself: Did God save me? His side of the equation is solid. God does what He says He will do. But what about your side?
Think like God Almighty
God is so high above us. If you stick to your own level of thought you’ll never make it to Heaven. You have to think like God — in order to get saved.
What being “saved” means
Getting “saved” by Jesus, is 100% a thing of the heart. If your life doesn’t follow your confession, then you did not get saved. Simple. Tragic for many, many who live in error.
Why the tears, Paul?
What if you are wrong about following Jesus faithfully? What if Jesus is against what you practice in your faith?
As dead as a doornail
We will never ever be “as dead as a doornail”. You’ve heard the expression?
Really want to entrust your eternal soul to THAT?
In whom do you trust? In whose hands is your eternal soul? What system of faith have you chosen? Do you really, really want to trust your eternal soul to THAT?
Fear of death enslaves you
Are you living the good life – with courage and confident hope? Because we are “in Christ” we are confident in Him (Romans 8). “But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait eagerly for it with patience and composure” (verse 25).
Dividing Eternity
God will not be mocked (Galatians 6:7). You will be forever on one side of eternity, or the other. What side of the line is your hoeing taking you?
