Do you believe
what you believe
with confidence
– regarding Jesus’ appearing
and our life in eternity?
The world is in upheaval these days. The harpy media mouths put their tainted slant on everthing that is happening. Life can become a bit scary listening to them. Conspiracy theories seem more plausible than “news briefs”.
About False Teachings of today
The false prophets inside thousands of hyped apostate churches misinterpret Scripture, and give their purported “words from the Lord” that are not really God’s words, misleading many.
Church pew folk speak of visions as real, but contradict Scripture with them. Huh? They in fact have seen nothing. Getting stoned kept that in check back in the day (with actual rocks). Thankfully we are in the “Age of Grace” now.

Who are you listening to – and believing? Jesus Himself enjoined us:
“Be careful that no one misleads you [deceiving you and leading you into error].” – Matthew 24 verse 4
Whether you read a lot, or just plain avoid knowing things – we all form opinions …and sometimes some live inbetween two opinions. It behooves us to know what the Bible teaches. Don’t just follow opinions. We do not want to be found by Jesus – contradicting Jesus with our lifestyle and our personally held beliefs, nor following false teachings.
We know what Jesus believes.
Do you agree with Him?
Be careful who you follow. Follow Jesus.
“I give them eternal life”
– Jesus of Nazareth
I want my beliefs to be in-line with what Jesus taught, what the Bible says. Don’t you?
This is why teachings on prophecy are important. A description of Brentner’s new book says it well:
“…the specifics of our eternal inheritance enable us to put the chaos that surrounds us into a biblical prophetic framework that both calms and encourages our hearts. It’s the details of our future life in paradise that redirect our attention to the joys ahead for us when all seems lost.”

“put the chaos
that surrounds us
into a biblical
prophetic framework”
Brentner teaches key points about “why we can confidently believe what we do regarding Jesus’ appearing and our life in eternity”. The summary of Brenter’s book tells us:
In this book, Jonathan lays a firm foundation for why we can confidently believe what we do regarding Jesus’ appearing and our life in eternity. He concludes by describing our future anticipation in each of these areas:
-
- Our reception of immortal and imperishable bodies
- Our participation in a jubilant celebration followed by a wedding feast
- Our return to earth with Jesus
- Our reign with Jesus for a thousand years
- Our life in paradise dwelling in the New Jerusalem and exploring the new earth
A secure grip on these details calms our hearts amid the chaos that so often surrounds us and brings hope amid the sorrows and anxious moments that come our way.

Frequently Ponder His Second Coming
As the book description says:
* When we know “…the specifics of our eternal inheritance” we then can more easily be calm and encouraged as we go through our day.
* When we are familiar with the biblical “details of our future life in paradise“, then dire news and skewed viewpoints do not make us fearful.
* With this knowledge of what Scripture says — we can “redirect our attention to the joys ahead for us when all seems lost.”
“…awaiting and confidently expecting
the [fulfillment of our] blessed hope
and the glorious appearing
of our great God
and Savior,
Christ Jesus”
– Titus 2:13
Who are you living for?
Clearly Jesus’ Second Coming is a truth which the Spirit desires for Christ’s Bride to frequently ponder so that we might be daily “looking (with a sense of longing and eager expectancy) for the BLESSED HOPE and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus.” (Titus 2:13)
In a word, the Spirit knows that what we are LOOKING FOR will (or should) determine what (better WHO) we are LIVING FOR! – Source: One Day He’s Coming at Preceptaustin

“If you believe this view of a day with the Lord is exactly 1000 years (and He will return after a 2000-year absence) and still think AD 30 is the correct year for Jesus’ crucifixion, then the Rapture and the start of the Tribulation will both have to occur in this current year of AD 2023.“
