The Perfect Lamb of God – John 1:29
The ways of Jesus were always perfect. Of the many ways a person can be — Jesus was not sinful. In all that is good, Jesus really was The Way.

Jesus was, and is, the perfect Lamb of God. He came to earth to be the promised unblemished sacrifice for the sins of the world 1 John 2:2, Romans 3:25. It was for you and me He died. Jesus paid it all.

Jesus never had “a sinful practice”
As God and man in one person, Jesus the Godman was sinless.

He never fell for the lures of Satan. Never fell into the miry bog of the flesh. The world never tripped Him up. The lust of the eyes, the pull to be authoritarian MerWeb: domineering and have power over others… never got into Him. He never had a wrong thought.

Wow. What a man’s man. What a Godman for all.

The sins that easily beset you? Hebrews 12:1 They never captured Him. He had none.

Jesus was and is holy. All the time. His ways of behavior, habits, thinking and longings were always sinless, pure and clean throughout. He never sinned.

Jesus was not wrong, ever
Jesus could never be on any Epstein-type list, on God’s Sin List, on God’s List of Unacceptables, or such. He was holy.

Jesus never had and never was:

  • grouchy, mean, insulting,
  • intolerant, fault-finding, unloving, unkind,
  • irritated, irrational,
  • crude, foul-mouthed, mealymouthed Synonyms of mealymouthed,
  • dirty minded, controlled by lust, addicted to sex and porn
  • a hater, hateful toward anyone, misogynist, racist, evil-minded
  • a put down, slap down type, rejecting others
  • defiled, had any root of resentment, nor fell short of God’s grace – Hebrews 12:15-17
  • jealous, envious, braggadocious, proud or arrogant, rude, self-seeking,
  • arrogant, pretentious
  • easily provoked, overly sensitive, easily angered,
  • one who counted wrongs endured, happy with injustice, not steadfast during difficult times, weakened – 1 Corinthians 13 verses 4-7
  • self-righteous, one to feel superior – Matthew 7:1
  • one to take on the attitude of being a judge of others – Matthew 7:1
  • one to “criticize and condemn others unfairly with an attitude of self-righteous superiority as though assuming the office of a judge” – Matthew 7:1
  • ingenuine, phoney, fake, disingenuous
  • worldly, selfish – Galatians 5:13

Jesus was never sinful such as we – 1 Corinthians 6:11. Yes He was tempted and tried as we, was a real human – but never fell for the temptations as we. He never failed. He was perfect man.

Jesus would never “fail the test” nor be “rejected as counterfeit” – 2 Corinthians 13:5. He was the real thing, genuine. Acts 17:24-31.

Jesus was love incarnate – a 1 Corinthians 13 type… extreme to the nth degree. Those are the ways He was!

Of the many ways a person can be — Jesus was the ultimate overcomer. I want to be like Him!

What is good and what is not…according to God.

Understanding “wrong”

Prove me wrong (annotated version)   Excerpt: The Bible shows us clearly what God has been doing throughout the history of mankind. We see what Jesus has done for us. Read it for yourself. Prove me wrong!

PIC: inner-and-outer-man-struggle. Equip.org

What God has going on with us here on this planet…

Only my God Jesus makes me perfect in this moment   Excerpt:

Oh Lord, God who lives in The Most Perfect Place
with purpose came down of Your own volition
suffered on this cruel earth for me
died to make me holy and acceptable
rose again to seal the deal forever
I bow my heart again this day.

Make me perfect in this moment.
Forgiven, cleansed
made perfect in Jesus….

In this moment right now Jesus makes me perfect   Excerpt: How long to get perfect? When I pray and confess – it happens. In an instant. In this moment – right now – Jesus makes me perfect.
He removes sin quicker than a flash. That is how Almighty God forgives.

What Jesus gives to sinners like me and you

Imagine what “being saved” has meant to you…what Jesus has done for us

When you are wrong and just don’t get it

19…I have set before you life and death,
the blessing and the curse.
So choose life in order that you may live
….
–
Deuteronomy 30:19

Extreme to the nth degree

Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty   Excerpt: The Reaper comes – you know not when.
He’s coming soon for you. Don’t wait too long.  Turn to Christ. It’s best to bow right now.

The Godman Jesus said “Follow Me”   Excerpt: He was no ordinary human. Jesus was the Godman: all man and all God, inside a human body Colossians 2:8-10.

Divine Mysteries revealed by the Godman Jesus

Jesus, the second man, is the Lord from Heaven   Excerpt: The main point of the Bible is that God came down to earth as Jesus – to be our God and Savior. In  1 Corinthians 15:47  the Apostle Paul explained that Jesus, while on earth, was absolutely God and man.  He was not a mere man, like the first man, Adam, ever. Jesus was a super man!

“47 The first man is of the earth, earthy;
the second man
is the Lord
from heaven.”
– 1 Corinthians 15:47

It is time to give it up for Jesus

It really is eternity at stake here

Genuine or false   Excerpt: God knows.  Do you deceive others by your claim, whereas in reality – your actions say otherwise? Are you following Christ in word and deed, or just trying to look Christian, you know… going to a Christian church, saying “yes I am” if asked.  Know your real self.

Hebrews 12:15-17…warning to all sinners: “later on… he was rejected“ verse 17

15 See to it that no one falls short of God’s grace; that no root of resentment springs up and causes trouble, and by it many be defiled; 16 and [see to it] that no one is immoral or godless like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. 17 For you know that later on, when he wanted [to regain title to] his inheritance of the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no opportunity for repentance [there was no way to repair what he had done, no chance to recall the choice he had made], even though he sought for it with [bitter] tears.

2 Corinthians 13:5
“Test and evaluate yourselves
to see whether you are in the faith
and living your lives as [committed] believers.
Examine yourselves [not me]!
Or do you not recognize this
about yourselves
[by an ongoing experience]
that Jesus Christ is in you
—unless indeed you fail the test
and are rejected as counterfeit?

Galatians 5:19
Now the practices of the sinful nature are clearly evident: they are sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality (total irresponsibility, lack of self-control)

2 Corinthians 7:10
For [godly] sorrow that is in accord with the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation; but worldly sorrow [the hopeless sorrow of those who do not believe] produces death.

God’s List of Unacceptables   Excerpt:  God hates sin (Proverbs 6:16-19). It is unacceptable to Him. But He died for the sinner (John 3:14-18). So obviously God does not hate the sinner.

This is why God shows us His list of what is not acceptable to Him: because God loves all sinners and wants each of us to get forgiven and be made ready for His Holy Home Heaven.  1

Legitimate irritability (!?)

The sins around us and the sins we do

Enemies of our soul…He never fell for these.   Excerpt: – The World, the Flesh, and the Devil. These entities are the enemies of our soul – three (3) “forces” which are part and parcel Grammarist.com of living on earth as humans: (1) the world, (2) the flesh, and (3) Satan.  They are not going away – until we get to heaven.  So get used to it.  They are our enemies.  Don’t cozy up! thefreedictionary.com  But be prepared.  We need to guard against these forces of evil spawned by Satan.

An unguarded life

Dealing with the sins of others   Excerpt: You, me – we all somehow have a tendency towards quickly rejecting anyone who offends us. And pointing fingers is easy to do. In fact, hate is easy and gossip too. How’s your talkin’, by the way?

But Scripture shows us the better way to go (1 John 2:15-17). I will go forever in this:

“…the one
who does the will of God
and carries out His purposes
lives forever.”
– 1 John 2:15-17

The sins we can practice to go to Hell. Just so you know.

Charismatic religious sins you take for granted every week but you are practicing sin

God’s Sin List   Excerpt:  We all have a sin problem. Some have dealt with it with God. Others have dealt with it by their own thinking and rationalizations. What have you done with your sin problem?

OLD TESTAMENT… Exodus 20
The Ten Commandments Bible search belong first on this list, of course. See them here: Exodus 20.

NEW TESTAMENT…listing sins
These are New Testament references (and Proverbs) listing sins. See all in one link, or: 2 Corinthians 12:20, 1 Timothy 5:13, Romans 1:29, Romans 1:24-25, Matthew 15:19, 1 Peter 2:1, Proverbs 16:28, Ephesians 4:31, 2 Peter 2, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, 2 Timothy 3:1-7, 1 Timothy 1:6-11, Romans 1:18-19, Matthew 7:21-23, Ephesians 4:17-19, Ephesians 4: verses 17-32

2 Corinthians 12:20 …“strife, jealousy, angry tempers, disputes, slanders, gossip, arrogance, disturbances”

1 Timothy 5:13 …”without self-control, brutal, haters of good”

Romans 1:29 …“those things which are not proper, 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents,31 without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful;32 and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them.”

Romans 1:24-25  …vile impurity in the lusts of their hearts, …they exchanged the truth of God for [q]falsehood, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed [r]forever

Matthew 15:19 …“For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders”

1 Peter 2:1 …“Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander”

Proverbs 16:28  …“A perverse man spreads strife, And a slanderer separates intimate friends.”

Ephesians 4:31 …“Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice”

2 Peter 2 …“false prophets”

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 …“Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.”

2 Timothy 3:1-7  But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.

2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, slanderers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, [a not loving good]haters of good, 4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 holding to a form of [b religion]godliness although they have denied its power; avoid such people as these.

6 For among them are those who [c creep into]slip into households and captivate [d idle]weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses, 7 always learning and never able to come to the [e recognition]knowledge of the truth.

1 Timothy 1:6-11 …“and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine 11 that conforms to the gospel concerning the glory of the blessed God….”

Imagine what “being saved” has meant to you   Excerpt: What it has meant to me – “being saved”
I am absolutely, supremely jazzed by the thoughts – as I have paused to imagine what “being saved” has meant to me. Pause a moment to think of this with me, will you?

What “being saved” means

Jesus saved me…“I’ve been saved”

Are you concerned about your relationship with Jesus?…

How to accept Jesus

Accepting all that Jesus Christ is and does

Be the one who endures and overcomes

1 Corinthians 13 verses 4-7 …what Jesus was

4 Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. 5 It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. 6 It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. 7 Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening].

Who is this God?

God as man – the short version

Our perfect God and our response to Him

How Much Is Enough?

“I am the true Vine,
and My Father is the vinedresser.
”
– John 15:1-4

“I am the Vine,
you are the Branches”
– John 15:5

The Christ, Jesus

So God sent His Son into the world. Do you know why?

1 John 2:2, Romans 3:25…He came to earth to be the promised unblemished sacrifice for the sins of the world

Jesus declares He is God in 7 “I am” Statements…“I Am Who I Am.”

How much is enough?…enough is God’s grace to please our Holy, Holy God

The Godman Jesus said “Follow Me”   Excerpt: He was no ordinary human. Jesus was the Godman: all man, and all God inside a human body Colossians 2:8-10.

Following…“enough” for those who follow Him

  1. Actually, God’s first “sin list” was what He gave to His Chosen People: the Ten Commandments.

See:  Exodus 20, according to The Childrens Bible in a Nutshell- Judas Asparagus – Bible Humor

“…God fed the Israel Lights every day with manicotti.
Then he gave them His Top Ten Commandments.
These include don’t lie, cheat, smoke, dance, or covet your neighbor’s stuff.
Oh, yeah, I just thought of one more: Humor thy father and thy mother….”

Oh what a day that will be!
Wow! To enter into the Kingdom of God - freely as His redeemed child. No cringing in shame, no burden of sinfulness before Almighty Holy God. I can only imagine.

Jesus, the second man, is the Lord from Heaven
"The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.” In 1 Corinthians 15:47 the Apostle Paul explained that Jesus, while on earth, was absolutely God-man.  He was not a mere man, ever.

There Is Only One God
Getting tired of people flippantly saying, ¨Oh my god!¨ Ever wonder who their ¨god¨ is!? Does that ¨god¨ know he is ¨theirs¨? Do you say that? We are quite the god-makers, are we not! What do you mean…“your God”?

God Is Not Distant
God is not some far away, distant-from-you, dis-concerned bubble of energy, inside some aura of mist on a mysterious planet far far away…. “And the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore” –Psalm 121:8

When it comes to God, who wants mere opinions?
When talking “God” and “Truth” – I really do not care what you think. You should not care what I think. What matters is “what God thinks”.
Lost I Came To Him
Oh the wonder of that love of our fathomless Creator, to save me in spite of my self-centered soul. Lost and rebellious, He chose me. Pursued and wooed, what mystery – grace. I said yes to Creator God. To know…
Time as it really is
Since Heaven is not regulated by time, the passage of time on earth is a separate event. *We will all step out of time together – into God’s presence, with no “time lag”,…The time it takes to go from earth to God's presence - is instant. There is no waiting around in the next dimension for earth time to finish, no midway point of gathering, no Purgatory. It will be an instantaneous experience for all mankind that ever lived. At the moment of death, our soul instantly leaves....

No Tolerance for Error
God is not sloppy nor wishy-washy.... There is no room at all – for error – when it comes to being right with God. You are either all in, or you are all out. Are you sure you’re in?
Simple View of Life
A simple view of everything. God of Everything that is – created everything. We are very fortunate that He is loving and kind, and really, really wants us.
Ashamed of Yourself?
Ever done something you are ashamed of?  Come on now, you’re sitting there by yourself – ‘fess-up.  Nobody listenin’ to your brain confess.  So... Yes?  Scenario: “You have? What!?
Being Christian What's it like these days to be a Christian? Really a Christian. For many, what the Bible teaches is generally okay, but, when it comes to certain specificities, what it says, they reason, needs to be interpreted in the light of today's enlightened realities. But -- will that work in - The End - when we stand before Him, physically? Stop and think about that Day.
Tomorrow
Tomorrow is the fool’s day. Tomorrow may never come. I may not get older. This may be it. 3.18.2017
Vortex of Good & Evil As mere humans, we are engulfed in the vortex of battle between good and evil. We must remember – it is God who created us, not we ourselves.
What God has going on with us here on this planet
God downloaded to earth ...inserted Himself into our history.  Jesus came to earth in order to satisfy the Courts of Heaven for our freedom.

Cognitive Dissonance
...that extreme feeling of discomfort some folks get when their core belief is challenged or contradicted. What they think (“cognitive”) is rattled (dissonance) by what other evidences purport to be true – in direct conflict with what they hold to be “true”.
Actually Try To Do The Deed “It’s not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled or where the doer of deeds could have done better."

What God Did for Man
…The Simple Gospel of Jesus Christ. God walked the earth as a man. Have you ever wondered how it all got started – the universe, the earth, nature, animals, you and your “like”, mankind?
The Bible is “able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation”
Do you honestly want to know how to get right with God?  Jesus promised He would save us for an eternity of only good, nothing bad.

  • Vile To Jesus (8,099)
God allows us total freedom to do whatever the hell we want.  We love to be freeeeee!  That tends to give us such a sense of "yippeeee!" that, as a consequence... our life can kind of get out of control. In the grip of our "yippeeee" lifestyle, we forget God and His ways.  It's just too […]
  • Ashamed of Yourself? (2,897)
Have you ever done something you are ashamed of? God does not overlook and excuse sin (Romans 1: verse 18).  Never has.  Never will.  However, Jesus dealt with the sins of others in a much more merciful manner than we tend to do with our self and our sins - and the sins of others. […]
  • The Passion Translation (TPT) and why not to use it (2,755)
The translation done by Brian Simmons, called The Passion (TPT), is not a faithful translation of the original.  It is very much fraught with misleading words Simmons adds into the text (..."it is at least 50% longer than the original").  Good Christians should want to go to more accurate translations, and not ever use this deviant […]
  • Getting Born Again (1,102)
Jesus said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” In God's legal system, all of mankind is condemned to hell because we are naturally unable to be holy ["holy" = without sin].  He cannot have sin in His Kingdom.  Makes sense: He is holy!  […]
  • Befuddled and Besmirched (1,081)
Is your "happy" gone? What's your problem?  We all have sin we should be working on.  But we do not have to continue in our sin, vile to Jesus.  I try to practice admitting I was wrong. We can turn to God in prayer, confess it all, repent of it all....
  • That Day of Judgement (1,076)
References to ¨that day¨ - That Day of Judgement at the end of the age.
  • That Moment In Time (1,034)
There is a certain moment in time when everything changes, when a mere human is transformed by God into a completely different type of human. That moment changes everything for that person. Nothing is the same anymore. A new creature has been born – really and truly “born again” into new life in Christ. This […]
  • Jesus Knows Your Thoughts (1,016)
God is able to see into the innermost parts of your heart.  He knows what you feel.  He knows what you want.  He knows your thoughts.  Even before you speak a word -- He knows what you are going to say! God hears me as I speak to him silently in my mind - in […]
  • Inexplicable Joy (890)
Heaven is a joyful place. That is hard for me to imagine... Everywhere I look around me, I see so many problems, issues and unresolved conflicts. But in heaven, they won't exist anymore. There will only be joy because my sins have been paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ.  One of the main […]
  • The Confuscating John Pavlovitz (889)
This post is a warning to the Church against false teachers. In this day of instant communication, rarely deeply thought through, we need to be careful who we listen to. We need to be warned about these wolves in sheep's clothing.Jesus named names. The Apostle Paul named names. False teachers spout a lot of their […]
  • Saving Knowledge (874)
There is a saving knowledge of Christ, and there is a false knowledge about Christ.  One connects you to God and saves you.  The other does not lead to Creator God.  Do you know the difference?
  • Following (860)
Where' you going?  Are you truly "following" Christ? This is what it means to be "a follower" of the real Jesus Christ...
  • Signs of an unrepentant heart (839)
The unrepentant heart makes excuses for sin (vile things before God).  What do I  support - that is "not of God"? ...in my personal practices, in my politics, in my relationships, in my mind and heart?  We rationalize so well, we fool ourselves! What does your life "evidence"?
  • My Heinous Heinous Ways (792)
There is a tendency to think that - because I have sinned, therefore God does not like me, doesn't want me, and, boy is He miffed at me!  But that is not what the Bible teaches.  That is not what Jesus practiced.  So why are folks so condemning of people who fail!? At this time […]

  • God’s System of Justice (736)
Let’s look at the real God and His very real system of justice. Let’s look at this from within what His book tells us. These are the parts of God’s system:
  • Practicing Sin, Not Following Christ (718)
Are you practicing sin?  Is there sin you constantly practice?  Have you grown accustomed to accepting ["your" sin] as okay with God?   Are you okay with the practices of your life? Scripture teaches us very clearly what is obviously ...NOT following Christ.  In fact, we are warned that "that those who practice such things will […]
  • I would rather stand with God and be judged by the world. Yes! (690)
I really liked this comment by Robert Burns - a good little twist of words on   J.D. Farag's  YouTube: What the future holds: (Read comments at end of this article.  I have copied some to the FOR MORE section below.) robert burns 1 month ago: I would rather stand with God and be judged […]
  • Me, When I Die, Forgiven (684)
Do you know what will stand in the Court of God in His Holy Kingdom? What will not? God shows us in the Bible - what's what. What we think, well, how can that count for much in His infinite knowledge?
  • Brand New Creature (663)
Have you grasped the reality of becoming a brand new creature when Jesus saved you?
  • God Damned “Believers” (654)
Almighty God has provided a very specific justice system to clear our name and our well-deserved verdict of "Guilty".  He has deemed that through a genuine faith in Jesus Christ - the sacrifice of His Son can make us worthy.  Is your faith genuinely in the genuine Jesus? Have you been declared "worthy", or are […]
  • Why Believe Such Stupididiotic Things?! (629)
People around you say all kinds of stupididiotic things about God. Have you put your faith in THAT?
  • Windows Into Heaven (622)
Jesus taught that there is a physical place called “heaven”, or “paradise”. It is actually way beyond what we know as “physical”. Imagine heaven. See it from Bible "windows", the perspective of what He told us Heaven is…
  • Jesus Saved Me (597)
Because I have been born-again, transformed into a new creation, I am not a mere human, but rather -- a brand new type of creation of God. I hope you also have been born again, re-created by God.  You can be if you respond to God.  It's not too late... till it's too late.
