Maybe you have rejected Jesus’ free offer of freedom. That’s your choice. Maybe you have your own explanation of God – apart from Jesus? Okay.
Free thinking is terrific, isn’t it? God made us with that. And then He gave us a choice to make. God has said,
19 …I have set before you life and death,
the blessing and the curse.
So choose life in order that you may live….

What Jesus thinks is necessary
Did you “choose life” – with Jesus, yet? Let me share what Jesus thinks is necessary to gain eternal life. He shared – a lot – back in His days on earth.
You do realize that Jesus claimed to BE God, right? IF Jesus was indeed God Almighty come down to earth as a man… would it not be of upmost importance to listen to Him? He told us to get ready here on earth — for entering His Holy Kingdom soon.
Thinking you are okay
Are you ready to meet your Maker? Most folk never think it through deeply enough. And then, of a sudden — there they are, on the other side… and God is right there, large as life, sitting on His Throne Most High — passing judgement on you.
Do you think about that? Are you comfortable with your own level of thought? You are responsible for what God expects of you. Don’t limit your thinking to just whatever. Think like God Almighty Himself thinks — from His side.
How on earth can we think like God above? We must get out of our puny human peanut-brain-level of thought, and think like God. Read the Bible. It tells us how God thinks.
Or do you not care what God thinks? Are you content with saying to everything, “I’m cool with that!”
If we stubbornly stick to our human-level philosophies and imaginations, we will fail woefully when it comes to actually standing before God. That thinking will never work – because God is not like us.
On That Day we will be standing at His level. What’s that going to look like if you are still thinking on on your low earth common man level of thought? Step up! If we do not think like God Almighty thinks… whoa. Bummer of bummers.

- failure to turn away from sin, and
- failure to ask God for forgiveness, and
- failure to follow Jesus and His gospel?

How do I get to heaven?
We want to go to Heaven, right? Wow yes!
I say, Heaven – YES! Hell – NO.
I can’t imagine anyone saying Hell YES! But, yah, you’re right — some do. Some bluster with arrogance, and say I’m not afraid of Hell”.
They have no idea! The day is fast approaching when those anguishing fools will say, from down there, What in Hell are we to do?
