The Bible shows us clearly what God has been doing throughout the history of mankind. We see what Jesus has done for us. Read it for yourself. Prove me wrong!
The Dems of today are The New Left
Have you noticed how the Democrat party has changed over the years. Looked at their platform lately? If you historically have counted yourself a Democrat: Are you still okay with supporting the platform of that party?
What clearly saves and what obviously does not save
Getting into Heaven requires that Jesus, the Gatekeeper, opens the door. Have you made the proper arrangements with Him to get in?
Fake faith gets you nowhere you want to be
If the core of your being rejects parts and pieces of what Christ taught, then you have a fake faith – with no salvation. Think about that.
Religious out of habit
Each of us is soon to meet-up with Jesus. Are you into habits that please Him, or …not? We do not please God “to get God” – but if we have God, then we aim to please Him. What is your habit?
Willing to change
Are you willing to change? To be ready for the entrance into God’s Holy Kingdom – you must be radically changed. “You must be born again” Jesus said. Now THAT is radical!
“Be reconciled to God”
Have you been “reconciled to God”? I’ve been. How about you?
Why Jesus will say to some “I don’t know you”
After that moment of passing, that moment of death, where will you finally be? There are two possible scenarios for you when you reach your final destination. You will spend eternity on one side of the great divide — or the other.
God’s grace teaches us to reject sin
Non-stop… God’s grace is teaching us to reject sin. How’s that going for you these days? Still so dull, or now living new life in Christ?
Being pleasing
Getting born again established my identity. I am a child of God now. Rejecting sin is a part of my identity. How ’bout you?
“Those who are people of faith”
Do you claim to be “a person of faith”? There are many types out there! What faith do you claim as yours? Is your faith type following Jesus and what He taught? Is it truly yours? What makes you think that your type of “faith” is acceptable by Jesus? It’s certainly worth testing it. Eternally worth it!
You cannot lose what God keeps secured for us
Saving faith in Jesus has the most secure promise of God than enything in the universe! Turn to Him in repentance… and start a never ending journey through eternity with the One and Only God. He loved us to the nth degree, and He promises “I give them eternal life, and they will never, ever [by any means] perish; and no one will ever snatch them out of My hand” (John 10:28).
Keeping sin AND getting God’s Holiness also
Be careful as you approach God. You might be doing evil – and not know it (Ecclesiastes 5:1). Do you legitimize your favorite sin as approved by God? Legit sins. What a deal that would be! Live anyway you want, but… just try to be very loving. God is so loving He’s sure to accept us, right?
Meeting-up with Jesus
Meeting-up with Jesus will be a decisive meetup! What will it be like for you?
The Reality of Incompleteness on Earth
I’m not particularly fond of waiting. I want perfect Heaven now! But the reality is that I am not complete. I have to wait for it.
Un-becoming
When a person accepts Christ as Savior and Lord, a transformation journey begins. We start “un-becoming” (un-doing) what we were before Christ — and little by little “conforming” to Jesus. Our previous conforming to the world “pre-Christ” starts getting un-done as we begin our journey with Christ. Has that been your experience?
Being like Jesus
Being like Jesus is impossible. It’s being what nobody on earth can be… without being born again, born from above. You there?
Will you be turned away by Jesus?
I am so very, very concerned for you. Have you ever considered the possibility that YOU yourself will be turned-away by Jesus when you meet Him? Will Jesus say to you, “One thing you lack”, or, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me…’?
How far will you go to stay faithful to Jesus?
If you wanna get to Heaven – got to walk with Jesus. Who you walking with?
Passing on through to the other side
When you pass away, you pass through a doorway, sort of, and — whoops, there you are, ready or not… kneeling before God. You have reached your final destination — a timeless realm prepared by God. Ready for that?
Hell will have degrees of punishment
Hell will have degrees of punishment. But there, any degree is worse than bad.
Getting to Heaven is not a religious thing
I am frightened by the standard set by God for entrance into His Kingdom. “Few there be that find it….” It is no small thing to be forgiven by God, accepted by God, made a child of God, to finally become a member of God’s family. Salvation by Almighty God is done by Him as we give Him our all. If we do not respond by a life given-over completely to Him, then we are fooling ourselves. We are still damned all to Hell.
Curses, evil spells and being jinxed
True believers are protected by God Almighty. Need we then be afraid, you think? If we are true to Him, trials and tribulations will very likely come upon us. Curses may fly, spells cast around us. But through it all, whatever happens, our hope is steadfast in Him. We are more than Conquerors in Christ. I say, “Fear not!”
Feeling Lucky?
Amazing these puny humans thinking they will call the shots in the afterlife! What are they thinking?
Nancy’s careless and unworthy participation in communion
God notices when we dare to celebrate His most holy death – yet stand there actively into sin, keeping sin… dissing Him with our hypocrisy. Do you know His Word enough to realize His displeasure is a clear and present danger – there at “communion”?
Born of God
To be saved, you must die to yourself, and then be reborn – like a grain of wheat dies to then be born again to new life. Jesus said this clearly in John 3: “You must be born again.”
Faking It
Jesus warned us not to be dishonest with Him. You can NOT fake it with God. He knows your heart. You must be genuinely born again.
I’ve got that joy
I’ve got that joy. Do “you greatly rejoice”, and “delight with inexpressible and glorious joy”? You can. But “you must be born again” (Jesus said).
I run to win! Christ did. Do you?
What is due to Jesus, because of what He has done for you? He died for you, for me, for all sinners alike. So – what should be our response to Him?
