We are in September, 2023. What is coming up next in Bible Prophecy – in these End Times? Randy Nettles looks into it.
The Nature of Biblical Speculation
Do you follow good hermeneutical principles when reading the Bible — in order to have solid biblical truth to follow? Or are you speculating frequently as to what Scripture might be communicating to us?
“Your redemption is drawing near”
What’s happening this year during the Feast of Trumpets? We cannot predict the future. It comes around this year during Sept/15 – Sept/17/2023. Very interesting possibility.
The man of God, the lion, and obedience
If you think …this way, but the Bible goes …that way — which way you gonna go? Our practice should be to value the Word over experience.
Wandering Stars. The Paganism of Bethel, Hillsong, and the NAR pt 1
Wandering Stars is a well-documented 4 part treatise about the Paganism of Bethel, Hillsong, and the NAR. The credits go to Jeremy Sanders. “Walk through some of the pagan practices of the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) and how it is seeping into your church.”
We all want to know this
Jesus said, “It is not for you to know the times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority.” The Bible is not an interactive future-telling calendar for us to know the dates of what is going to happen in The End times. I wish! What we do have from God is “signs” of the times, warnings, major events coming ’round the corner, so to speak. Jesus offered signs so we would know what’s coming.
We know Jesus will return
How do you know Jesus is returning to earth some day? We know because Scripture speaks on the topic. Jesus Himself said, “…I will come again and take you to be with me….”
Who is this Jesus of Nazareth?
Who was the real Jesus Christ anyway, the One they call Jesus the Messiah? Let’s see Jesus as the Bible reveals Him.
Why might many Charismatics not be saved?
This is not an article to denigrate “Charismatics”. This is a resource for Charismatics to learn exactly what the Bible says about charismatic practices. We are to (2 Timothy 2:15) study the Bible so we can be “accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth.”
Jesus will reject many “Christians”
Jesus Himself said many that come to Him in the end times will be rejected. Wow. This is not expected! Why will He reject so many? These that He rejects are nice people, loving people. They each call themselves Christians. So much for getting to Heaven by being nice and loving! “Loving” does not save.
Elevating the Word over experience
What trumps what? Are you careful to closely examine what your pastor teaches, comparing what is said — with what you read in the Bible? It should be a weekly habit. Many pastors and common folk equate experiences they have – with Scripture given to us by God. This leads to false assumptions about God […]
Pete Garcia’s Post – Eyes Wide Shut
Here we have republished only the Conclusion section (2nd half of article) of Pete Garcia’s Eyes Wide Shut, because it centers in on Pete’s message of the “eyes wide shut” condition of most churches today. Topic: the dismissal of Bible prophecy.
The End Times Fight you might not win
There will be a gruesome fight for your soul if you miss the Rapture. You have to be ready now. You might not win that last fight on earth. But I sure as Heaven pray you will. If you are a loser then, well… you will find Hell is your home forevermore.
Why the tears, Paul?
What if you are wrong about following Jesus faithfully? What if Jesus is against what you practice in your faith?
Revelation 13: The activities of the beast. By Mark Creech
A pastor once said, “One day, the Lord will say to the world, ‘Alright, you have wanted the Devil’s way; you have preferred him over me, despite my countless warnings. Now I’m going to give him to you fully.’ One day “the restraining influence of true Christianity in creed and action will be withdrawn from the entire world, and out of the wicked sea of nations will arise “a Beast.” Ready for that?
Fear the Wrath
Are you afraid of dying? The truly born again need not fear the wrath of God.
When your prophet is wrong
Are you pressured to say something like “God told me this”? “It’s okay to be wrong. Just say what comes to mind.” Beware: NAR charismatic churches have cancelled Old Testament warnings about misrepresenting God. But the truth is… God is still against those who “speak falsely”.
1 Thessalonians 5:1-11
1 Thessalonians 5:1-11. “Therefore encourage and comfort one another and build up one another…”
Does God give new revelations or is the Bible enough?
False prophets, false apostles and false teaches are constantly adding their own words to their church doctrines, as if God Himself spoke them. And they claim their own words are equal to Bible words. Are you speaking your own words as if they are God’s words!? That was forbidden to do by God. Give it up – repent, and turn to what God really has said… in the Bible.
Dealing with the consequences of missing The Rapture
What will happen the second before and the second after the Rapture trip? What are the consequences?
Consequences of Supporting Evil
Supporting evil actually has one consequence before God. Can you guess what it is?
Jesus volunteered to give us signs that would usher in the End Times
Do you know that Jesus gave us several specific signs to be looking for – to understand the End Times?
The music hook of today’s apostates
Music by Bethel, Jesus Culture, Hillsong, and Elevation – can hook uninitiated church folk into false teaching churches. Beware.
The controversy of God speaking to you directly
Why fake it? Why speak your own words that you make up — and then claim they are God’s Words? God is against you. Can you imagine that? You really want that?
“I am against you”, God says
To whom did God say “I am against you”? Let’s look at those references.
Why God is against me IF I claim my words are God’s own
IF I claim my own words are God’s own words, I am looking for the approval of the church. But God is not impressed. In fact, He says “I am against you….” He knows He did not say that Himself! Are you into that?
Words of Mere Men Are Not God’s Words
Mark 7:7 tells us: “They worship Me in vain [their worship is meaningless and worthless, a pretense], Teaching the precepts of men as doctrines [giving their traditions equal weight with the Scriptures].” You’d think it would be quite obvious, you think? When church leaders announce that they speak directly from God, they instantly become a bonafide false prophet if their words are later shown to be wrong. False prediction = False Prophet. Easy.
Until the rapture door is shut
Jesus promises an End Time Rapture, and once that Rapture door is shut behind Him… the End Time’s evils will explode upon everyone left behind. Ready for that door to shut in front of you?
Making God Speak
It is not of God to say “this is a word from the Lord” when what you say are merely your own words. “God is against you” if you practice that.
