This article is a series, a guide to “time” in the Bible. In God’s Home Heaven — “time” will be no more. We all know too well that – here and now… time marches on. I continually must just “rest” in Him, not rely on my limited thinking, and simply know that farther along we’ll understand why.
Time is difficult to understand. Heaven is in another dimension – and there is no “time” there! Following are several articles about time.
Timeless Infinite Continuum *Read the section: “Time” – as it really is. A concept of time….
NOTES: (Webster definitions)
Timeless : not affected by time
Infinite: immeasurably or inconceivably great or extensive
Continuum: a range or series of things that are slightly different from each other and that exist between two different possibilities. – For more, see – Britannica.com: Encyclopedia article about continuum
Farther along we’ll understand why
For a [a]thousand years in Your sight
Are like yesterday when it is past,
Or as a watch in the night.
Nevertheless, do not let this one fact
escape your notice, beloved,
that with the Lord
one day is like a thousand years,
and a thousand years is like one day.

The Entrance Into the Eternal
Excerpt: Ever wonder what it will be like to arrive at The Entrance into the Eternal, to actually be standing in front of the very entrance? How spectacular that will be! …I’m talkin’ bout dying, and …then what?
Heaven. What’s it going to be like?
Read: Revelations 20, 21, 22
Read Matthew 24 with attention to “time”.
The time of the end of the age, and what happens after “the first things have passed away”. The disciples asked Jesus: “Tell us, when will this [destruction of the temple] take place, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end (completion, consummation) of the age?”
“and He
will wipe away
every tear from their eyes;
and there will no longer be
any death;
there will no longer be
any mourning, or crying, or pain;
the first things have passed away.”
– Revelation 21:4
