Out there?
Scripture does not come right out and say it, but the hint is telling.
“Therefore rejoice, O heavens,
and you who dwell in them!”
– Revelation 12:7-12
“O heavens…you who dwell in them!”
Read this passage with the question in mind: Who are these who dwell in the heavens? Are there other “creatures”, other “creations of God” – out there? Are they watching us with intense interest?
I sincerely doubt there were ever other Adam and Eve type “humans”, but… other creatures? Perhaps. It’s all conjecture at this point.
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.”
– Revelation 12:7-12
Extraterrestrial
What are they? …those who have their dwellings in the universe around us? All that exists can only have been created by our omnipotent, loving God. There are no other gods. So there are no loathsome monsters like movie makers dream-up to scare us.
God is love. God is out there – everywhere. And He is in charge – not some evil being from the figment of our imagination.
Satan is a created angel. Powerful, but still – created by God, and still subject to God. 1
We do know that God created angels. Do a search “angels” in the Bible, and you find them mentioned all over the place. 2
Angels are found referenced throughout the Old and New Testaments. Quite clearly God created them – and He did so a long time before creating the first humans (Creation of Adam and Eve: Genesis 2).
Are there other beings in the created universe? Are there other created beings established by God throughout the universe? We do not know. The Bible does not tell us.
“The devil has come down to you” – Revelation 12:7-12
What a dreadful thing, that God allowed the most proud, evil-to-the-core fallen angel, Satan, to come down to earth. But it was all in God’s plan of the ages.
“Satan, he who continually deceives and seduces the entire inhabited world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.” – verse 9
So Satan is roaming about the earth (1 Peter 5:8), looking to devour thoughtless, defenseless humans: sheep and goats. Dumb goats without a shepherd. Arrogant, proud, self-seeking …goats. Don’t be the dumbass lamb.

Why we need a Savior
That is doubly why we need a Savior – who is Christ the Lord. Jesus came down to earth – to die for our salvation. With salvation the Holy Spirit now dwells within all true believers. And He is more powerful than Satan. Jesus and His angels protect us. Thank you Lord!
| Jesus only always for all times |
Is Jesus Savior no more? The world acts like it. They refuse to believe in Him. But how ’bout you?
We place our hope in Christ because He is The One who is able to save us. With His Spirit in us we can then say with confidence: Fear not.
This world is not my home! That is why…
I live with confidence
I am not afraid of death
I cast aside fear. God is my refuge and strength
I do not allow sin to reign over me
I have exceedingly vibrant joy in my inner soul
Although I am not perfect, I have, growing in me…
“love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,
faithfulness, gentleness, self-control”
I converse with my Savior all throughout my day
I make it my aim to do everything I do – with all my might, and – for the glory of God

He will never leave us nor forsake us. No worries.
16 I will ask the Father, and He will give you another [g]Helper, so that He may be with you forever; 17 the Helper is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him; but you know Him because He remains with you and will be in you. – John 14:16-17

- For example:
The heavens (angels) praise Your wonders, O Lord, Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.
For He will command His angels in regard to you, To protect and defend and guard you in all your ways [of obedience and service].
Bless the Lord, you His angels, You mighty ones who do His commandments, Obeying the voice of His word!
Praise Him, all His angels; Praise Him, all His hosts (armies)!
So it will happen in that day That the Lord will visit and punish the host (fallen angels) of heaven on high, And the kings of the earth on the earth.
Then the devil left Him; and angels came and ministered to Him [bringing Him food and serving Him].
and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age; and the reapers are angels.
The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend [those things by which people are led into sin], and all who practice evil [leading others into sin],
So it will be at the end of the age; the angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous
“See that you do not despise or think less of one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven [are in the presence of and] continually look upon the face of My Father who is in heaven.
