“You thought that I was just like you.” – Psalm 50: verse 21 It all seems so right. God must be just fine with who I am and all I do. A few things might not be right, but God will “get over it” just like I do with things I don’t like. Right? Well, […]
Patterns That We Set
A small study of Philippians 3:13-21; 4:1-13 Philippians 3:13-21 Amplified Bible (AMP): “…forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. 15 All of us who are mature [pursuing spiritual perfection] should have this […]
Idly sitting moments fly
I will not sit by idly picking, chiding, playing, eating flitting here and there idly sitting moments fly chiding all my moments by let all around me go to hell I sit there idly and I die What did I do with what I was with what I had with how I could have lived […]
God is there
His will inserted history
and words for all to read and know
When with willing heart I read His words
I know and understand Him more and more
In power He will guide His ageless plan ahead
yet lovingly He’s active in this speck of life called me
He’s forming me to be and be and be all for Him alone
Conflicts Because of Opinion
It is just so easy these days to offend others because of opinions. It’s happening all across America. What is going on!?
Making God a Liar
While on earth Jesus taught about Himself, His impending death on a cross, and His plan of salvation. Jesus claimed to be God. And we have “three witnesses: the voice of the Holy Spirit in our hearts, the voice from heaven at Christ’s baptism, and the voice before he died. And they all say the same thing: Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” (1 John 5: verse 8) God is saying all of this to each of us, so clearly. If we do not believe this, we are effectively calling God a liar.
Entrance Granted Into the Eternal
There are many ways to live your life, many religions and philosophies of man, many faiths to follow. Whatever you call yours, we all become engrossed by it during our stay upon this globe. All these “ways” have their gatekeepers who welcome or guard the entrance into their paradise. But Jesus is the one and only gatekeeper of Heaven’s Gate. He is The One who grants entrance into the awesome Kingdom of Creator God.
God Is My Refuge and Strength
In the midst of it all, I remind myself that I am born again. I am following Him. Each day I will acknowledge His presence in my life. I will daily live in the knowledge of what God has changed me into. The Lord has promised good to me.
The Entrance Into The Eternal
Ever wonder what it will be like to arrive at The Entrance into the Eternal, to actually be standing in front of the very entrance? All who are born again will joyfully enter with gratefulness, and will be received with great joyfulness. Will you be there?
Virgins, Talents, and Judgement
Do you know that grace and mercy were legalized in Heaven, made specifically for us? His amazing grace and mercy give us forgiveness — forever. Wow!
Why I Write
Why all the Bible references in our articles? It is not all that important what I think. What really matters is what God tells us in His Word. I aim to help everyone see what the Bible says — not what I think, not what some church thinks, not some religion. So therefore most everything […]
Livin’ it to the max!
What kind of thinking person would reject God in order to stubbornly spend one short lifetime for dubious pleasures here, when God offers non-stop eternal life with Him, all the goodness of the Creative Designer Himself – in His forever Kingdom? Really? Reject Him for this wisp here? Only a fool. Not me. Now that I belong to Jesus — I’m livin’ it to the max!
Do you pray like this, not heeding Scripture?
Biblical prayer is not a decree; and we do not “curse” disease. Please don’t tell me it is based on Jesus cursing the tree! Prayers like “I decree”, “I command…”, “I curse the cancer…”, “I… command it to flee right now”, “I declare this to… dry bones”? What what WHAT! What “promise” of the Word says THAT?
Being Great
Jesus was great! And we are to be like Jesus! What are the biblical principles that should guide all Christians in their quest to be “great”?
Developing Character
It is great to look back on my life, examine myself, and see the progress I have made in developing my ” self “. I can see my character develop over the years. So glad it has! The good is increasing. Yes!! (2 Peter 1: verse 8) And the bad is on the decline (Hebrews […]
All or Nothing
How much do you love God? You have a big heart, a deep, deep soul, lots of strength, and a huge mind! What’s in there?! Are you all for God in all of you, or …partially? What Jesus was saying here, basically, is: Your life must be totally given-over to Jesus, without reservation.
Going the right way
Are you going the right way in life? Where are you headed? You know, it’s never too late to turn around, and get back on the right road.
Jesus – More Than A Mere Man
God has so very clearly shown us that Jesus is God. Look. “Seek Him”. He is not hiding. “He will let you find Him”

Maturing in the Faith

Philippians 3
The Goal of Life Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things again is no trouble to me, and it is a safeguard for you. 2 Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the [a]false circumcision; 3 for we are the true [b]circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of […]
Pray Biblically
What does the Bible teach us about prayer? We are taught to pray humbly to God the Father for whatever our need may be, in faith believing that He loves us like a father loves his child, and He will answer according to His will, according to what is best for us. How did Jesus […]
Hebrews 10:19-25
As believers, we can boldly go where few were able to go before. We can boldly enter into God’s very presence through prayer! This is part of the New Covenant: “a new and living way” we can now relate to God because of Jesus death and resurrection. See: Hebrews 10:19-25

The warning from Jeremiah to repent.
Our Perspective in the USA
– Anonymous Quote in reference to the Charlottesville violence – by both sides, violent white supremists and violent protesters against their racism… How ’bout this perspective – for us in the USA today? Maybe we all should try greeting each other in love? If you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than […]
Signs of Judgement
The end times predicted throughout the Bible seem to be nearing. According to prophecies, we are now in “Birth Pangs” times, and then – the End. Judgement Day is nearing. Are you ready?
God is able to keep you from stumbling
Each day – I expect God will keep me from stumbling into sin. But when I fail… God picks me up, encourages me – and empowers me to – keep on keepin’ on in Him!
Hell’s Quotes
Much has been said about Hell. What do you say about Hell?
Hell in the Bible
Why hell? It comes from a judicial sentence of condemnation by God for those who reject Him: Satan, demons, non-believers – the unsaved humans.
No Tolerance for Error
God is not sloppy nor wishy-washy. God is not a slacker with low standards. God is very sure of Himself! After God sent His only Son, Jesus, into the world to die as a man on your behalf… do you think He will tolerate a life lived “ho-hum” for Him?
