slovinsky.art PIC: You are standing there. And God is offering you His salvation. See the perspective of it all?
Sin is not the issue when it comes to getting saved. Did you know this? Ever thought about that? Or are you saying, “I don’t know about that!”
He’s got it covered
Sin is not the problem. Sin is not ever the problem – when it comes to your salvation in Christ. He’s got it covered.
Jesus took care of “sin” on the cross already. You will not go to Hell because of your sin. I know, you are probably saying, “I don’t know about that!” (Stay with me now….)
He’s done all that is necessary to be able to forgive you for your sin. Forgiveness. It is all ready for you. Forgiveness is knocking at your door (Revelation 3:20).
Jesus already died. And He already rose from the dead. He did it! Hallelujah! He did it all, “once for all“, in order to be able to legally forgive you in the Heavenly Court system.
As He died, Jesus said, “It is finished” (verse 30 of John 19:29-30). He completed His mission to earth. The sin debt was paid. With His death the sacrifice was made, and with His resurrection the debt was paid. What is against us within the Courts of Heaven – can no longer stand against us. His sacrifice now makes that debt payable for you.
The issue is your heart
The issue of sin, which eternally separates all mankind from God – was, in that moment, totally “taken care of legally“. By Jesus, through His Perfect Sacrifice on the cross, and by His victorious resurrection, we can now be saved.
Sin damns you to Hell, but it is your heart that keeps you there, God damned on earth. Therefore your need for salvation is not a sin issue — but rather a heart issue.
If you change your heart, you change your destiny. You will stay damned forever if your heart stays the same. If you die that way, you stay that way – forever damned, forever without the goodnesses of God. That is what Hell is all about.
Each of us must change our heart, turn to Jesus in repentance and accept Him. With THAT act Jesus saves.
On your way to hell — the issue is not all your heinous sins. The issue is your heart.
‘This people honors Me with their lips,
But their heart is far away from Me.”
Oh haunting fear of death — Be gone! (Hebrews 2:15)
Is this you?
- Your heart is traveling the majority road – the broad road that says Heaven, but goes to Hell.
- You strolled right past the only road to heaven – where “the gate is small and the way is narrow“.
- Time and again you have refused the gracious offer. The choice is still yours to choose.
- Your heart is far from God, and you are not listening to Him.
13 “Enter through the narrow gate;
for the gate is wide
and the way is broad
that leads to destruction,
and there are many who enter through it.
14 For the gate is small
and the way is narrow
that leads to life,
and there are few who find it.
Matthew 7: verses 13-14
The offer Jesus makes
When on that day you are “standing” before God, Him, The Judge of the Universe: Who is going to save you? There you are, damned by God, with no Savior to save you. Wow, what a God Damn! 1
There is only one, “1” Savior for sinners. Only One was good enough, without blemish… perfect. Only Jesus was good enough, perfect, and thus able to die in your place, in my place, taking upon Himself our sin, our condemnation.
If you change your heart, you change your destiny
The one-off ticket to Heaven
Jesus’ offer of salvation is an “E-Ticket” only good on earth. It’s a one-off offer. It’s only viable while you are living. When you leave dead, you absolutely cannot take it with you! Don’t even think about it.
You can’t wait till you are standing, as a living-dead, trembling at The Throne, and THEN try to use your ticket to Heaven. No way. All you’ll have then is…
living forever without God’s goodness…
forever without anything good (since all good comes from God)
forever without love (since God is love)
forever without comfort (since hell is eternal anguish)
forever without relief from pain (since hell is like an inextinguishable fire)
forever without peace (since peace is found in Jesus)
forever without forgiveness (since this earth is our last chance to accept His forgiveness)

There is no other
There is no other who is perfect – able to take-on our sentence of eternal death. Only Jesus saves. Only Jesus snatches a sinner out from under the wrath of a holy and just God.
Have you grasped the intense hatred of God toward SIN? Not toward the sinner – but… the SIN? Unrepentant sinners will shake and quake before His wrath on That Day of Judgement. But you don’t have to be there. (Read further…).
Jesus was (and is) the Messiah promised by God as recorded in the Old Testament. And at the tomb… Jesus finally accomplished His mission, as recorded in the New Testament. God sent His only Son to earth – to be the perfect Lamb of God to be sacrificed “once for all” on the cross for our sins (Hebrews 7: verses 23-28). Jesus came here – to save us.
Jesus Himself said about Himself, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me” (John 14: verse 6). Seven times He claimed to be divine – with His “I am” statements (totally understood by the Jews in that day as meaning “I am God”): Jesus declares He is God in 7 “I am” Statements
Only Jesus saves
There is no religion whatsoever that can save you. Even “the Christian religion” cannot save you. Only Jesus saves.
Only Jesus, He, the Godman, can save. Only Jesus came from Heaven itself. All religions and philosophies are worthless when it comes to “getting to heaven”.
They have no “saving knowledge”. No other “gospel” that man devises is capable of atoning for our sin before God Almighty.
The God of Creation established One Way to get to heaven (John 1). He ordained that only His Son would save us.
“The [appointed period of] time is fulfilled,
and the kingdom of God is at hand;
repent
[change your inner self
—your old way of thinking,
regret past sins,
live your life in a way that proves repentance;
seek God’s purpose for your life]
and believe
[with a deep, abiding trust]
in the good news
[regarding salvation].”
– Mark 1:15
Those who have turned to Jesus in repentance, and followed Him in sincerity and truth, can say of themselves: “I…”
Ephesians 2:8-9
“For by grace
you [I] have been saved
through faith;
and that not of yourselves [myself],
it is the gift of God;
not as a result of works,
so that no one may boast.”
Being “good” doesn’t cut-it (to cut the mustard)
Salvation is not a human thing. It’s A God Thing. Only Jesus saves us from our sins.
You can’t earn it. You can’t go get it.
We can never persuade God to save us by any amount of “good” that we may drum-up. Our “good” is only good on earth. Our good is never enough. Can’t save us. Only the free gift of His saving grace is able to save us.
His realm is another dimension. How ever could a mere human think their way there!
Granting entrance into His Kingdom is only granted by Christ Himself. There is no other gatekeeper there. His Kingdom is THAT exlusive — very luxurious, very special, every bit worth the entrance “fee” (its a free gift of grace – but it will cost you).
Your Heart must beat to the drums of Jesus’ band
If your heart follows to the beat of a different drum [other] than what the band of Jesus marches to; if how you see the world is not how Jesus see’s the world; if you are FOR what Jesus is AGAINST… where is your belief in Jesus?
– Source: Is Jesus’ worldview your worldview?
“There is a tendency to think that – because I have sinned, therefore God does not like me, doesn’t want me, and, boy is He miffed at me! But that is not what the Bible teaches. That is not what Jesus practiced.
So why are folks so condemning of people who fail!? At this time in God’s plan of the ages for us, God is not condemning sinners. THAT will come later! Currently God is trying to get our attention to get us to accept Him before it is too late!”

What God asks of us: God is asking you to repent.
*1. Come to Him honestly, like a child. Be sincere. Be truthful, as transparent as the faith of a child (Mark 10:15). Jesus knows our thoughts.
God can see into our inner soul. He knows “the thoughts and intentions of our mind”.
There is no faking which He can’t unmask. Faking it invalidates any “salvation experience” we might think we had.
Truly I say to you,
whoever does not
receive the kingdom of God
like a child
will not enter it at all.”
– Mark 10:15
*2. Come to Him humbly recognizing that Jesus Christ is truly God. You are merely clay, and He is the Master Potter (Romans 9:21).
“6 But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, “God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” 7 Submit therefore to God….”
– James 4:6-10
*3. Believe Jesus for the God He is, that He came down to earth as a human in the flesh – to save us. He is our Godman, come in the flesh as totally God, totally man. He was crucified, died, was buried, and then He arose to life again, coming back from the dead.
This is what “believe” means:
The original Greek text, to “believe in Jesus”, — is not merely a factual type of belief, not just a mental assent. (Even the demons “believe” intellectually about Him…. That type of mental agreement is not the Greek “believe”.)
Saving faith is an action of accepting.
God requires total immersion, as baptism symbolizes taking-on His dye 2, taking-on His colors.
Water baptism is a testimony to the world of your new life in Christ. It does not save you, but, in obedience to His instructions – it symbolizes what happened when you were saved: You are baptized into His death as you are lowered into the baptismal waters, and then raised to new life as you are lifted up out of the waters.
Marriage is another symbol of this salvation: forsaking all others – you cling to Him, and Him alone – all your life, accepting no other.
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ: (Click one link containing all verses) Romans 10:9-10; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; John 4:42; John 6:29; John 19:35; Acts 8:30-38; Hebrews 11:6; 1 John 5:5; Ephesians 2:8-9; 2 Timothy 1:12
* Believing in Jesus… is an all-consuming accepting of Him as your Lord, your God. With all that you are, you take this step of faith to give yourself to Him.
* “Believing” involves giving Him all of you (not just bits and pieces of you) – because you acknowledge that He is God, your Lord, and your Savior. In your confession of repentance and belief – you are committing to follow your Savior all the way.
Confession with your mouth, you speaking-up — expresses the depths of your heart. If you say “Jesus is Lord”, and inside your insides you acknowledge that “God raised Him from the dead” — in that instant, “…you will be saved”.
that if you confess with your mouth
Jesus as Lord,
and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead,
you will be saved;
10 for with the heart a person believes,
resulting in righteousness,
and with the mouth he confesses,
resulting in salvation.
– Romans 10:9-10
*4. Follow Him.
Now that God has forgiven you [past tense], now that He calls you His son or daughter (“a child of the King“, an heir to His Kingdom) [present tense] — the natural thing for you as “a new creation”, is to follow Him “with all your heart“, totally given-over to Him.
This is called “works”. Your faith is naturally followed by “your works” – demonstrating a genuine faith.
…“You shall love the Lord your God
with all your heart, and
with all your soul, and
with all your strength, and
with all your mind; and
your neighbor as yourself.”
– Luke 10:27
My wild and crazy stallion heart
Following that saving moment where we are made brand new, there will still be weakness and failure, temptation and sin. That wild and crazy stallion heart will buck and throw you off at times. That’s because we are still in this “body of flesh” which wars with our new spirit (Romans 7:4-25; 8:1-17).
But sin no longer is your Master. You are no longer a slave to sin. (Romans 6:1-14) You’ve been set free (Romans 8:9-13), and the Holy Spirit lives inside you (on the throne of your life).
24 Wretched man that I am!
Who will set me free
from [p]the body of this death?
25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!….
– Romans 7:24-25
Is this you?
Now that you are in the family of God, it is encouraging and strengthening to know and remind yourself — that the Holy Spirit resides inside you:
You are from God,
little children,
and have overcome them;
because greater is He who is in you
than he who is in the world.
– 1 John 4:4
We can walk in God’s will as we look to Him, and trust in Him alone. With every doubt, we turn to God for strength. (See: God forgives all wrongdoings of all repentant sinners, no exception)
Attend a local, Bible teaching church that truthfully follows Jesus. Careful, because many churches nowadays are led by false teachers who will lead you astray. Do not attend these churches if you want to follow what the Bible truly teaches.
Yes I can – I can stand strong
20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

The very last sinner
I wonder who will be the very last sinner? Interesting trivia. Who will be that poor, unfortunate, lost soul? Who will, for the last time ever, sin? Will we talk about that in the eons beyond? Will we wonder why we ever sinned… seeing how grand Heaven is? “How on earth did I fall for that sinful behavior all my life!?”
The very last sin ever – what will it be? To find out: Tune in on Day 1 of the Post-Millennium – Year 1001. I suspect the incorruptable investigative reporters of the universal Star Light News media will give us the true scoop. We will finally be able to trust the media.

The Santa Claus god
However, many today want a belly laughing “ho ho ho”, roly-poly Santa Claus god. This modern day god:has no predilections, no predispositions, and never gets upset with anything we do or ask for. This god goes with the flow. This god of ours accepts it all, whatever we want. He has no bias, no prejudice against anything. He has no fixed, predetermined intolerances. What you are, whatever – he’s down with that! This “Claus God” has been created for our convenience.
We fool ourselves so easily. Anything we kind of like, or really like, or really really are into… is fine with our “Claus God”. It’s easy to follow this “god”. Claus has no limits on us!
The Bible teaches about a holy God, not a Santa Claus god. Not a fabricated, conjured-up imaginary figure we might want to relate to on our own terms – but the real, actual Holy God of the Heavens, the One and Only Creator God who made all that exists anywhere — He who still is in control.
In terms we can somewhat grasp, God shares with us in the Bible what He is truly like. And our modern day culture just really hates that. Do you see that?
So, what about a real God damn? In contrast with a damning by a person: What’s a God damn like? What will it be like to stand before Creator God on Judgement Day, and receive His wrath? That’s something to really think about. Can you feel the finality of it all in that moment?
A person can damn you, but, what’s that going to do? Not much. However, on That Day of Judgement, a God damn is:
forever bad, forever unforgiving, never changeable – permanent in the universe. A God damn declared by God Himself will make the human heart quiver like a gazelle caught in the lion’s jaws.
You can argue all you want now. But, standing before Creator God – there will be no wiggle room to escape. For the “Claus God” followers on that day, as with all who reject Christ, there will be no escaping the wrath of The Holy God of Judgement. – Excerpt from: A God Damn.
