God made some huge promises. Absolutely beyond huge. Eternally huge promises. Salvation is His biggest. Do you have that one secured?
God’s “If – Then” Promise
Salvation by God is an “if – then” promise from God:
If you believe
– then you are saved.
How definitive – that climactic moment of IF. IF you believe, then you are grafted into the Vine (John 15:1-5; 2 Corinthians 5:17). Done. Finito.
Romans 10:9-13. Verse 9:
… if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Acts 13:39
and through Him everyone who believes [who acknowledges Jesus as Lord and Savior and follows Him] is justified and declared free of guilt from all things, from which you could not be justified and freed of guilt through the Law of Moses.
Also see: Romans 6:4-7 and Colossians 3:1-4.
It is Jesus Only Always For All Times, Jesus only, who can justify us and open the Gates of Heaven for us to enter. Acts 4:12 makes this clear. I like how these five varied translations put it.

In no one else can salvation be found. For in all the world no other name has been given to men but this, and it is by this name that we must be saved!”

No one else can save us. Of all the people in the world, God chose him to save us. It is by him we must be saved.’

And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among people by which we must be saved [for God has provided the world no alternative for salvation].”

Salvation can be found in no one else. Throughout the whole world, no other name has been given among humans through which we must be saved.”
NASB
And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
The “all-in” type of believing
Biblical “believing in Jesus” is a special type of “believing”. It means – being all in with all that you are, not just bits and pieces.

Accepting Christ as Savior and Lord is not merely a mental assent, saying something like “Yes, this is true.” Not at all.
Accepting Jesus is an act of repentance involving all of you: acting with your heart, soul, strength and with your mind. We must come to Him with sincerity and truth.
I especially love this passage that Paul put for us in his book of Romans, Romans 8: 37-39. It is a very clear declaration of the security of the true believer:
“37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors and gain an overwhelming victory through Him who loved us [so much that He died for us].
38 For I am convinced [and continue to be convinced—beyond any doubt] that
neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing,
will be able to separate us from the [unlimited] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
– Romans 8: 37-39
Nothing can separate us
Nothing is worth losing my soul over. And nothing “will be able to separate [me]…” once Almighty God Himself has saved me. Never again.
Be clear about this. If you are separated “from the love of God” – where does that put you? Well, most certainly you are not in His love!
After earth life ends and eternal life begins – where will you live eternally IF you have been separated from the love of God? Hell, I know!
You will be living in Hell, because THERE “the love of God” is nowhere to be found! No love of God, no goodness of God, none of His blessings. You might say – “no nothing” of God there.
So, this verse, Romans 8:39, is an absolute assurance from the Lord that our salvation is secure in Him. Eternal life would not be “eternal” if one day I could lose it! Jesus does not give “provisionary life”! His “eternal life” is actually eternal.
The only question is: have you been truly saved? Will you be turned away by Jesus in the End?
Is there any “if” to your salvation story? Could you perhaps have a Cracked Heart?

I absolutely trust in this by God, the biggest promise ever made to repentant sinners:
Do you have His salvation? Don’t loose-out on what you can’t loose once you receive it!

It’s all or nothing
All of me for all of HimNothing done is nothing gainedHollow words are worthless
A worthless life arrives in Hell –absolutely worthless.Life is full and fast and brief
I’ll not throw it all away – for what?I give my all, absolutely all to Jesusall my heart to Christ,
all my soul to Christ,
all my mind to Christ,
all my strength to Christ
all my willful, willful self, all I am, all I want — all for Christ alone.
I’ll step on in to Heaven, complete in Him alone.
Salvation is not based on all I do and all I am.
It’s based on His free gift of grace.
But He requires my all.
