It is quite a claim, to live 33 years on earth as a common man, and during the last 3 years claim to be God Almighty. Wow. Jesus made that claim.
Quite frequently quacks claim they are God. They shout, “I am the Messiah.” “I am Jesus.”
False Jesus claims are increasing all around these days. They are “antichrists” (1 John 2:18: a sign we are in the End Times).

What about Jesus? Jesus claimed to BE God. There is a difference. The evidence is preponderant that His claim was for real. MerrWebster Preponderant: having superior weight, force, or influence
We just need to examine things closely, and believe eyewitness witnesses. Jesus was worshipped in His day – by eyewitness witnesses. He really was God come down to earth! Have you examined the evidences?
For example – there is more evidence that Jesus resurrected from the dead – than there is that Napoleon ever lived! The tomb stone rolled back! Over 500 saw Him alive after His crucifixion. That is preponderant evidence. Who other than God could come back from the dead!? No other religions claim that (because it is too easily disproved).
The coming of God the Messiah was predicted through0ut the Old Testament. Jesus is that predicted One.

“…the Old Testament is replete Webster with references to the coming Messiah – pointing to Jesus. Ever since Jesus was actually born on earth – the Jews have been without excuse about their promised Messiah. Jesus was “appointed” for them (v20). And, through the line of David – salvation was to come to all on earth.
Jesus performed miracles and furnished us with sufficient proof. It’s not blind faith that we have when we believe in Jesus. They actually witnessed proofs. They were no longer ignorant. Neither is the world now.
Knowing the Messiah has come, our response should be to accept Him in repentance, and “listen to Him and obey everything He tells you”, as Jesus’ disciple Peter explained it to Jews in Acts 3:17-26:
“God has fulfilled what He foretold”

20 and that He may send [to you] Jesus, the Christ, who has been appointed for you, 21 whom heaven must keep until the time for the [complete] restoration of all things
about which God promised
through the mouth
of His holy prophets
from ancient time.
…24 Indeed, all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and those who came after him, also announced these days….
26 It was for you first of all that God raised up His Servant and Son [Jesus], and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways.”
Do you have God? It would be a wise thing to make sure you do. These perilous days are way more evil than ever before.
