Was Jesus Christ actually God? Did God Himself come down to earth as “Godman”, God Himself in the form of a real man? That’s a vote God is asking of all of us.
Was Jesus the perfect sacrifice for our sins – thus allowing God’s Courts a basis for our forgiveness?
Consider the evidences. Then make your vote. God has certainly furnished proof enough to believe in Him.
This vote also comes with the decision we must each make.
Will you repent and follow me?
God is asking you to repent. This is an “act” that you most certainly must make with your heart, soul, strength, and with your mind (Luke 10:27).
Acts 17:10-34 verses 30-32:
30 Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, 31 because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead.”
32 Now when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some began to sneer, but others said, “We shall hear you again concerning this.”
“God
is now
declaring to men
that all people everywhere
should repent”
There are actually many false teachers in “Christian churches” out there that erroneously teach: Jesus was NOT actually “God” while here performing miracles and such. They teach that Jesus “gave up being God” while here.
Well, that is a “vote” against what Jesus claimed. That makes these pastors “false teachers“.
It is also a sign of a veritable cult. Cult leaders are Satan’s Stooges.
Refer to this by Matt Slick: What are some signs and practices of a cult? Slick references these passages:
Jesus is God in flesh: John 8:58 with Exodus 3:14.
See also John 1:1, 14; 8:24; 10:30-33; 20:28; Colossians 2:9; Philippians 2:5-8; Hebrews 1:8.
“They went out from us
[seeming at first to be Christians],
but they were not really of us
[because they were not truly born again
and spiritually transformed];
for if they had been of us,
they would have remained with us;
but they went out
[teaching false doctrine],
so that it would be clearly shown
that none of them are of us.”
– 1 John 2:19
Are you seeing clearly now?
