Which are you – one who Jesus saved, or one who Jesus condemns?
PIC is saying: “Follow Jesus!”: Shane Lee and his son
Introduction
God requires salvation
Have you thought much about this Christian belief: that God requires salvation in order for us to see Him in Heaven? I have, quite long and deeply, actually. I am concerned that many do not know what God requires of us.
What God thinks
Here on this temporary planet, I don’t want to follow some mere man’s thinking on this subject, and then end up in Hell next to him! Scary thought!
What you think – your “take” on it all, is not as important as what God thinks. You think?! If God is in control of the universe, what importance does what you think have? Really! Do you really think that what you think will change the course of what God thinks?!
¨There is a way which seems right to a man,
but its end is the way of death.”
– Proverbs 14:12
The Bible
I want to follow the teachings of Jesus — the Godman Himself, the One who started the original Christian belief. THEN I can be confident that I’ll end up with Him in glory, instead of with some false-headed citizen in Hell. You agree? Wouldn’t you rather be with Jesus?
Jesus told us how to qualify to enter His Kingdom. He was very specific. Are you up with Jesus’ original teaching? 1
The Bible is a collection of thought …put together by God for us. He wants us to know what’s what in the spiritual realm. A pivotal question for us is:
How do I live this physical life, AND spiritual life, AND please God in all of it… so that He welcomes me into His Holy Kingdom?
The Bible is “able to give you
the wisdom that leads to salvation”
Wise humans really ought to live in such a way so that upon arriving at their ending day, God is accepting of them at His doorstep, welcoming them into His Holy Kingdom. If that’s what they want. Some don’t.
The most important question
While on earth, Jesus gave us “saving knowledge“. The verifiable words of Jesus are recorded for us, and He is the One I want defining “salvation” for me.
What I say? Well, I want to know what Jesus thinks. Don’t you?
So, the most important question for each of us is: Which are you – one who Jesus saved, or one who Jesus condemns? Jesus tells us plainly. So, what’s it gonna be for you?
Like in a game show: Do you want to open the “best door” or the “worst door ever”? But in the Bible – the game host actually tells you straight-out which is the best door! What kind of a dumbass lamb wants the “worst door ever”?
Hear God
When it comes to staying damned, or getting saved — you don’t care what I say, and I really don’t care what you say about it! I want to hear what God Himself says about it!
I want to follow Jesus. Just Jesus. I want to know what He Himself says. Preachers: stop giving me your thinking. Give me Jesus. – Source: What Jesus Thinks

Only God Himself … Only God Himself is real, died on a cross to save you, cares about you, can give you strength for each day
Sure as Heaven, I want to know what God Himself has said to this issue. Do you want to trust your eternity into the hands of puny humans?
What is your eternity based on? What others say? What others think? What others philosophize? What religions propose?
Me? Not so much. God knows. That is where He is from. Mankind can only theorize. And they all are mere humans.
What has God said about getting into His Heaven?

Only God’s Way leads to Himself
Have you slipped into “your own way” of thinking…? Don’t take it for granted that you know God’s Way. Your presumption of assumption may land you in that other place, not where you wanted to be. Be a Berean, and confirm the Truth for yourself. 2
Such a Bummer. Just thinking of that place gives me terrors. Such a dark place, that eternal spot in the universe of God.
Let’s examine closely, afresh, what Scripture actually says about this salvation Jesus promised, this all-encompassing thing called “getting saved“.
The big question is:
How do I get to Heaven – by God Himself?
It makes sense that God will have HIS WAY. Why do so many today think God is McDonald’s, saying “Have it your way!” God is not McDonald’s! He will have it His Way, come Hell or High Heaven.
It does matter what we believe.
We have to agree with God.
We have to agree with His Word.
We have to agree with Jesus’ own words.
If we do not, then
– are we truly following Jesus?
I think not.
I think that Peter would say
we are following another god
if we do not agree with Jesus’ own words.

Scripture says this about Salvation
The broad road things …Matthew 7:13-27
13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad and easy to travel is the path that leads the way to destruction and eternal loss, and there are many who enter through it.” – Verse 13 of Matthew 7:13-27
Jesus said to beware of trying to “serve two masters”. Whatever “Masters” you serve now, you must leave them and serve only Jesus. That is what He meant. Really! You cannot do both.
When you come before the Great White Throne for judgement, and you have served two masters (Jesus plus any other…) He will not welcome you to His Holy Kingdom. Sad day. Believe that. His Kingdom is the ultimate exclusive place. It’s Holy.
The same goes for sin. There is an absurd belief going around these days claiming we can be keeping sin and getting God’s Holiness also. That will never happen. God requires we repent: Turn from – Turn to.
Praise God He said to us “Whosoever will may come”. There is hope in that! We all have a shot at this, getting saved. If we can just for a moment turn our face away from things here, distracting meaningless things… then maybe the light of the love of Jesus will shine on us and give us hope in Him. Draw near to Him (James 4:8).
However, IF you do draw near to God, then, Jesus says, you must also leave behind where you are now… and take-on Jesus only. Leave behind the broad road things …Matthew 7:13-14.
3 things that He requires of us here
Jesus conditioned the will with the denying. You may have the will to, the wanting it… but you must pair-up that wanting with the works …the denying parts Jesus mentions — in order to be in compliance with MirWebster Jesus message.
you must
pair-up that wanting
with the works
This message is from Jesus. Yes, Jesus Himself is the One who speaks this to us (so we must really really pay attention to this). All of us who really really want Him, must be highly motivated to align with Him – according to His words to us. And He Himself, the keeper of the gate, speaks to us of 3 things that He requires of us here on earth.
Listen up. In Mark 8:34 He is requiring these three really really needed things:
“let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
Don’t skip the 3 things! Without them, your bowing the knee is null and void. Jesus put it this way:
“And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them,
Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
– Mark 8:34
This is Jesus talking
These are not some “add-on”, unnecessary bogus requirements added by false teachers who came along after Jesus. These 3 things are not burdensome false additions to Jesus’ Gospel. No. This is actually part and parcel an essential – integral component of getting saved. Can’t get to Heaven without ’em.
NAR-type direct disobedience
Practicing sin – of any kind, is not acceptable to God. As Christians we do sin, but we do not “practice” sin. We confess our sin for what it is: It is sin. To be practicing sin is to be NOT “following Jesus”.
The “follow Me” part is integral to salvation. If you are living in sin, practicing disobedience… then you are not “following”, and you are therefore not saved.
Do you have God? Adapted excerpt:
Following Jesus is not a matter of making-up our own way of interpreting Scripture (2 Peter 1:19-21). God did not say – “Here are some words. Go and make meanings of them.”
We must be careful to not add to nor distort His Message. Ever!
We do not need new revelations. What we need is to pay close attention to what He already gave to us! The meanings of God are very clear in the Bible. We must follow and obey those.
We don’t get to change the specifics God has given to us in the Bible (in both the Old Testament and the New Testament, of course). See: Changing what God started.
If you take away or distort God’s Word (as NAR-types do), then you are in flagrant violation of His Word, and God has said: I am against you because of that (Ezekiel 13:8). How terrifying it that!? (Hebrews 10:31)
Do you want to
stand at God’s Judgement Throne
and argue with Him there
about anything?
Do you think you are saved — when you countermand God’s Word? Really! The Bible says NOT.

The Bible teaches us: all mankind is legally damned — from God’s Heavenly Court. So… it behooves us all to become legally forgiven from God’s Heavenly Court. Only Jesus does that.
Better call Saul Jesus!
He has the power. He is Creator God. And He will be The Judge on that Judgement Day. Consult Him.

About salvation …Matthew 7:13-17, Mark 8:34
Salvation is not a little prayer we mumble. It’s not a little platitude. It is a total heart surrendering. Still think you have Jesus?
God, thankfully, does not require sinless perfection. No. If He had — then we’d all go down being God damned. But He does require giving Him all of what we are (Matthew 22:37), no holding back. Our heart has to be surrendered to Him.
Peter quoted the Old Testament in reference to the End Days, saying anyone can call out to God and be saved. Salvation is instant. It can be with our dying breath. But it must be with a total heart surrendering:
‘And it shall be that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord [invoking, adoring, and worshiping the Lord Jesus] shall be saved (rescued spiritually).’ – Acts 2:21
The thief on the cross (Luke 23:39-43) had a quick salvation experience before dying on the cross next to Jesus. Jesus forgave the thief in that moment on the cross.
We show in our living
But most of us have a lifetime to live – after our “confession experience”. And throughout it we show in our living whether that moment of confession was actually a saving experience or not.
The saying goes: “no fruit — no salvation”. No works that show it — then no salvation actually happened. James 2:14-26 tells us this: “Faith without works is dead.” Deader than a door nail.
But are you willing to recognize,
you foolish
[spiritually shallow]
person,
that faith
without [good] works
is useless?
– James 2:20
A total heart surrendering to Jesus must show itself true. Or not. In Matthew 7:13-27 Jesus said this about that:
* 1. You must walk the narrow road.
* 2. You must NOT follow the ravenous wolves.
* 3. You must bear good fruit.
* 4. You must leave the broad road things behind. 3
The Message of Jesus… a faith of Jesus’ making
All of that is required of us IF we want to go to His Holy Kingdom. It is required because if you are truly surrendering it all to Him, then that will truly be your experience. To the contrary, like with a sprinter’s track race, a false start is also very evident to God. He knows the heart of everyone.
A false start (failed salvation) can be: an unrepentant heart, lacking one thing, living in sin, direct disobedience.
God brings us to what Evangelist Billy Graham used to call – our moment of decision: are we really wanting to follow Him?
“The only opt-in Christ will accept – is a 100% opt-in… total surrender, total repentance, total acknowledgement of Him as Christ the Messiah, total life submission to Him as Lord, total followance.”
– Source: Ashamed of Yourself?
A “faith” of our own making …like NAR-types have done
When Jesus spoke of the narrow road, He then warned of the false prophets.
15 “Beware of the false prophets”
Many people have been caught-up in the apostate nets that fish for gullible ones. Fear This!
False teachers in the NAR movement are not just sadly mistaken, [not merely] having been mislead. Scripture describes deceptive groups and leaders, such as NAR type leaders, as “unqualified and worthless [as teachers] in regard to the faith.”
They “oppose the truth“. They are “men of depraved mind“.
The New Testament Apostle Paul is clear about this. If you want to get to heaven you have to have “the faith” (of Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and Paul)… and they do not have it. You cannot get to Heaven by adhering to “another gospel” such as the faith of NAR teachers.
– Source: As Teachers of the Faith – Unqualified and Worthless
Not discerning truth
Not discerning the truth from the false, the gullible, mislead pew-sitters are accepting the apostate teachings of the NAR-types who have created a faith of their own making. And whenever NAR-types want to distort the Bible message, they conveniently have a “prophecy” to set themselves up with a new direction. Scary what they are doing!
Excerpt from It is what it is: The Bible Is God’s Word To Us
Do we come to God to hear Him, or do we create a “faith” of our own making – that is comfortable for us? A reader deceives himself or herself when words and passages are purposely not accepted as-is. It is so easy to “reinterpret” it, and “analyze it critically”, and see it in the light of “political correctness”, or just plain not believe what God has told us so plainly right there.
If we truly want to follow Jesus, then we must not maintain beliefs and practices that God rejects. He knows the heart that is proud of its own way and rejecting His truth.
How can anyone say “I am a Christian” — and yet not follow in practice what Jesus taught? Christ said it is impossible to serve two masters. You either follow Him — or not. [Matthew 6:24, Luke 16:13]
There is no middle ground: You are either following what God Himself teaches, or you are rejecting Him in practice and thus not a genuine believer.
The truth is – you can say anything, but your actions indicate your true heart. God knows your true intentions and inner heart. So if your confession is not a true yielding to God, He knows that.
– Source: It is what it is: The Bible Is God’s Word To Us
The Narrow Road
It’s not an easy road. It’s narrow, and it’s specific. Getting onto the narrow road begins with bowing our knee to Him in the intimate room of our heart.
1 John 1:9 is specific. Reading it in several versions helps me understand better what John is saying. Try it:
If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just [true to His own nature and promises], and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness [our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose].
NIRV verse 9
But God is faithful and fair. If we confess our sins, he will forgive our sins. He will forgive every wrong thing we have done. He will make us pure.
PHILLIPS verses 5-10
Here, then, is the message which we heard from him, and now proclaim to you: GOD IS LIGHT and no shadow of darkness can exist in him. Consequently, if we were to say that we enjoyed fellowship with him and still went on living in darkness, we should be both telling and living a lie. But if we really are living in the same light in which he eternally exists, then we have true fellowship with each other, and the blood which his Son shed for us keeps us clean from all sin. If we refuse to admit that we are sinners, then we live in a world of illusion and truth becomes a stranger to us. But if we freely admit that we have sinned, we find God utterly reliable and straightforward—he forgives our sins and makes us thoroughly clean from all that is evil. For if we take up the attitude “we have not sinned”, we flatly deny God’s diagnosis of our condition and cut ourselves off from what he has to say to us.
Conversely, the wide, broad road is the easy road: It is accepting of everything. Just stay the way you are. Anything goes just fine on the broad road.
Highest Standards of God
Contrary to “the wide”, God requires “the narrow”.
“…God is not sloppy nor wishy-washy. God is not a slacker with low standards….
God is very sure of Himself! After all – who else is there like He? He is the One and Only. Who are we, puny little mud-men of clay — to contradict the Potter of the Universe?
So when it comes to your salvation by God, there is no wiggle room. No half-way measures. Don’t get it wrong! Don’t try your own thing. Don’t “add God” to your laundry list of things to do.
There is no room at all – for error – when it comes to being right with God. You are either all in, or you are all out. Are you sure you’re in? Damn sure?
If you are not “all in”, what else is more important? If you are only partly into this “Christian thing”, then where is the rest of you?
You really think that the God who made you, THE God of the Universe, is going to accept part of you, a halfhearted commitment to Him?
– Source: No Tolerance for Error
Nothing less is acceptable to Jesus
If you missed any of that message of Jesus, think again. “Getting saved” is: to become acceptable to Jesus.
Reconsider your life.
Get it together.
Get truly saved
…because nothing less is acceptable to Jesus.
It may be acceptable to you.
It may be commonly acceptable.
Your NAR-type doctrines may teach you differently.
Your current religion may teach you differently.
YOU may think differently.
But this is Jesus. This is the message Jesus spoke to all of us.
He said,
24 “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon [money, possessions, fame, status, or whatever is valued more than the Lord]. – Matthew 6:24
See: | You serving two masters? |
| What following Christ is NOT |
| Practicing sin, NOT following Christ |
Whatever it is, if you value it extremely, then it’s likely you are extremely NOT saved: two masters, mammon – “money, possessions, fame, status”. Anything, “whatever is valued more than the Lord”, can be that “one thing you lack“. It can actually be “an idol” you falsely worship (1 Corinthians 10:9-14).
Is Jesus’ worldview – your worldview?
What do you: agree with, write about in support of, and tell others? THAT is your worldview.
Does your worldview jive with Jesus’ worldview? Or, are you contradicting Jesus?
Your mindset is not protected by God! Your thinking shows who you are following. And the truth is — your agreement with the enemies of our soul, reveals the truth about your salvation: You have none. (But it is not too late to repent and follow Him. Yet.)
The reality of “sinning and forgiving”
When God forgives — He REALLY forgives! He is not like the weak and frail believers (the unforgiving, the finger-pointers, the gossips) who don’t get it, who can’t grasp this whole reality of “sinning and forgiving” within the framework of what God is calling us to.
Some “believers” *churchy pewsitters are hating on others (1 John 3:14), perpetually unforgiving (malicious; Ephesians 4:31-32), habitually condemning (gossiping), living in “a world of illusion” (verse 9 of 1 John 1:9-10).

5 This is the message [of God’s promised revelation] which we have heard from Him and now announce to you, that God is Light [He is holy, His message is truthful, He is perfect in righteousness], and in Him there is no darkness at all [no sin, no wickedness, no imperfection].
6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness [of sin], we lie and do not practice the truth….
How to enter His Holy Kingdom
John said, Believe in the name of Jesus.
Believing “in the name…” means you believe in “all that Jesus Christ is and does.”
When you (if you did), or I, said, “I accept Christ as my Lord and Savior”, a whole lot of “accepting” is going on there in that moment in time. Are you aware of what-all it actually requires to truly “accept Christ”?
We did not just say,
“Yes, He was a great guy” nor:
“I like Jesus. He was a great teacher” nor:
“I accept that Jesus was a great philosopher” nor:
“He and I are on great terms. He is my friend.”
Or did you? Scary thought.

God can penetrate our thick skulls, our pernicious 5, stubborn thinking. Jesus saved me. That’s how I know that. He got through to me!

What Jesus says about NAR-types
Jesus said this to the religious scribes and Pharisees, and I believe He is saying this about the NAR-type Charismatics of today:
“you do not believe Me
[and continue in your unbelief]…”
“…you are not of God
and
you are not in fellowship with Him.”
– John 8: verses 45-47
___________________
“You do not believe Me“
45 But because I speak the truth, you do not believe Me [and continue in your unbelief]. 46 Which one of you [has proof and] convicts Me of sin? If I speak truth, why do you not believe Me?
47 Whoever is of God and belongs to Him hears [the truth of] God’s words; for this reason you do not hear them: because you are not of God and you are not in fellowship with Him.” – John 8: verses 45-47

To NAR-type Charismatics I would say:
- There are whole sections of Bible you’ve tossed-out and replaced with your own brand of thinking.
- You are so very distant from Jesus’ biblical statements and standards.
- You have drifted away from the Jesus of the Bible, becoming Wandering stars… Pagans.
You do not hear the truth of God’s words
God is warning you (in verse 47): “Whoever is of God and belongs to Him hears [the truth of] God’s words….”
Jesus brought us the New Covenant. And Jesus accepted the veracity and legitimacy of Old Testament prophet’s words (Luke 24:25). Yet you false teachers do not. You have rejected the Old Testament.
You say that the New Covenant obliterates Old Testament proscriptions (prohibitions) established by God. How is that — when the author of the New Covenant Himself accepted the Old Testament?!
25 Then Jesus said to them,
“O foolish men,
and slow of heart
to trust and believe
in everything
that the prophets have spoken!
– Luke 24:25
Distinctively NAR-type doctrines
God is against NAR-types who misrepresent Him:
1) Those who are wrong with a prophecy (saying their prophecy is “God’s words”)
2) Those who use their own words as “God’s words”
3) Those who report dreams and visions from God (but they in fact have see nothing)
4) Those who fake healing, signs and wonders through trickery or demons (Counterfeit spirit of God)
5) Those who believe Jesus was just a man while on earth, when actually Jesus was all God and all man all His life and on the cross. (Verses 2-3 of 1 John 4:1-6)
6) Those who dismiss the Old Testament in order to twist and pervert – and have it their way instead of God’s Way. See: It is what it is: The Bible Is God’s Word To Us
“By this we know
…the spirit of truth and the spirit of error”
God is against anyone who makes less of Jesus, those who do not believe “all that Jesus Christ is and does“. If you negate portions of God’s Word, then how can the Truth be in you?
See: Believe in the name of Jesus.
“…you do not believe Me
[and continue in your unbelief]…
– John 8:45
– 1 John 4:1-6
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God; 3 and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming, and now it is already in the world.
4 You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. 5 They are from the world, therefore they speak as from the world, and the world listens to them. 6 We are from God. The one who knows God listens to us;
the one who is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.
– 1 John 4:1-6
The distinctively NAR-type doctrines are believed because NAR-types do not believe Jesus. Their prophets have negated the Old Testament. And the truth is: you must believe that God came in the flesh (v2), which they negate.
If you negate
portions of God’s Word,
then how can the Truth
be in you?
God is easy, light-handed, gentle
Don’t think that God is an ogre and hard to follow. Actually, Jesus is gentle and does not burden us with heavy rules and regulations. Jesus assured us,
“I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation].“
“you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls.“
Jesus invited us to “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me“. He wants us to be at rest, and follow Him closely:
28 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation].
29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me [following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy [to bear] and My burden is light.” – Matthew 11:28-30.
The Godman Himself, Jesus the Messiah, started the original Christian belief of salvation. Are you following that? Through His death and resurrection, Jesus became for us the divine sacrificial Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. To be saved we must repent, reject sin, and follow Him with sincerity and truth.
God saves us – “not we ourselves” (1 John 1:8, Psalm 100:3, 2 Corinthians 3:5, 2 Corinthians 4:7). He gives us “new birth”. We “must be born again” by His Spirit.
In this, the scariest passage in the Bible, Jesus is obviously addressing the NAR-type Charismatic “Christians” of today who – in Jesus’ name …prophecy falsely, and do miracles falsely. He saw their heart, still disobedient to His stated will, stubborn, and not yielded to His Word.
19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore, by their fruit you will recognize them [as false prophets].
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day [when I judge them], ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, and driven out demons in Your name, and done many miracles in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them publicly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me [you are banished from My presence], you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands].’
– Matthew 7:19-23
It is a lie to say you follow Jesus, when you negate God’s Old Testament commandments (such as in Zephaniah 3: verse 4, Jeremiah 2:35, Deuteronomy 13:5, Ezekiel 13:8, Ezekiel 13:9). “I am against you”, God says.
Bible References for “I am against you”:
Deuteronomy 6:15; Deuteronomy 31:27; Matthew 22:29; Ezekiel 13:8; Ezekiel 13:9; Ezekiel 13:20; Ezekiel 14:9-11.

A note in closing
You can know you are a Christian – and have no doubts about it. Jesus forgives. And, once you are truly saved, the Bible declares you cannot lose what God keeps secured for us. So, walk in Him and in the power of His might.
Ephesians 6:10
“…be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.”
FOR MORE:
Are you saved?
This is more than important:
Reconsider your life. Get it together.
Get truly saved
…because nothing less is acceptable to Jesus.
What Jesus thinks I want to know what Jesus thinks. I want to follow Jesus. Just Jesus. I want to know what He Himself says. Preachers: stop giving me your thinking. Give me Jesus!

Deuteronomy 10:12
“…what does the Lord your God require from you, but to fear [and worship] the Lord your God [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect], to walk [that is, to live each and every day] in all His ways and to love Him, and to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul [your choices, your thoughts, your whole being]….”

Living between two opinions Excerpt:
Are you living “between two opinions”? We know that “Wanting” is not the same as “Having”. Wanting is not having. The same is true of “salvation in Christ”:
“Wanting” the awesome rewards of eternal life with an extremely loving God who is good beyond measure — that is not the same as personally “having” God’s amazing forgiveness.

follow Him;

The Kingdom of God is very exclusive, very luxurious, very special

Just beyond the veil Excerpt:
In essence, there are only two choices before we die in-place. 1 We don’t stay in that place where and when we die. We go to the ground (our body does), but ultimately we (our eternal soul) go to where God Himself determines we are to go.
You’ve got to be good with that, because He is the One who made us “…not we ourselves.” (Psalm 100:3)
When you get right down to it, you are the one that chooses: Your Way or God’s Way. Which way is it going to be? Which way are your feet walkin’?

Do you have God? Excerpt: Do not add to nor distort
Following Jesus is not a matter of making-up our own way of interpreting Scripture (2 Peter 1:19-21). God did not say – “Here are some words. Go and make meanings of them.”
We must be careful to not add to nor distort His Message. We do not need new revelations. What we need is to pay close attention to what He already gave to us! The meanings of God are very clear in the Bible
Many false prophets and teachers have gone out into the world

Hell in the Bible It is described with all these words (not just fire):

lake of fire,
unquenchable fire,
fiery hell,
the nether world,
Sheol, Gehenna, Hades….

Accepting Jesus – Plus Some Other
God forgives all wrongdoings of all repentant sinners, no exception
Excerpt: The reality of “sinning and forgiving”
When God forgives — He REALLY forgives! He is not like the weak and frail believers (the unforgiving, the finger-pointers, the gossips) who don’t get it, who can’t grasp this whole reality of “sinning and forgiving” within the framework of what God is calling us to.
Some “believers” are hating on others (1 John 3:14), perpetually unforgiving (malicious; Ephesians 4:31-32), habitually condemning (gossiping), living in “a world of illusion” (verse 9 of 1 John 1:9-10). Part of Jesus’ message says:
1 John 3:14
We know
that we have passed
out of death into Life,
because we love the brothers and sisters.
He who does not love
remains in [spiritual] death.
Hate is “eternal-life-changing”.

Footnotes
- Have you thought about that mere man that started your brand of “salvation by God”? Mormons, JWs, Muslims, NAR-types, etc? Trace your God back to the origins of your “salvation”. Any discord there?
- Berean thinking.
Contrary to the Thessalonian example (Acts 17:11) – Berean type peoples want to carefully examine beliefs and statements and sermons all the time. They maintain a mind that is open to examination of what they are told. They don’t just accept the authority of the person or of the religion, but – they put it to the test of Scripture. They ask: What does Scripture teach about this? Is what they are saying – true to Scripture, or not?For the time will come
when they will not endure sound doctrine;
but wanting to have their ears tickled,
they will accumulate for themselves
teachers in accordance to their own desires
– 2 Timothy 4:3.We Berean types expect: reasoning, explaining, and evidence given. We want to compare Scriptures with what is said – “to see whether these things [are] so“. Who wants to follow what is NOT so!? Apparently many did then, and many do today. I guess as humans – some just accept what they are told, and others want to ask, “Why?” – Source: The Apostle Paul’s Criticisms.
